Happy Holidays everyone!
After a couple years of exploring the world of AI, I couldn’t be more excited to share what I’ve been working on. Think workflows that save you hours and labour costs which can be invested in other departments. Solutions designed to help your business flow with zero human error.
Here’s the thing—I’m new to the game and looking to partner with driven entrepreneurs who’d love to test out these tools. In exchange for your honest feedback, testimonials, or a case study, I’m offering:
- A free AI/workflow automation for 14 days!
I’ve already helped a Talent Management Agency replace the following:
- Client onboarding
- Content creation + scheduling workflows
I’d love to connect with entrepreneurs who are passionate about growth and ready to explore how AI can save time and streamline their business.
Drop me a message or comment below if this is worth exploring.
I remember sitting in a meeting where someone casually mentioned how a competitor had launched a game-changing feature that was eating into our market share. I had no idea it was even happening. It was a wake-up call.
Since then, I’ve made it a habit to stay informed in small, manageable ways. One of the best things I’ve done is subscribe to a handful of newsletters that cut through the noise and deliver relevant insights straight to my inbox. One I really like is SmartCommerce AI—it’s focused on AI trends in e-commerce and always has something actionable.
Hi, I have built an online tool for automating the assignment of product attributes based on uploaded images.
Here’s how it works:
1. Define your custom product template/s – for example, you want to assign attributes to hoodies, which can include color (black, white, brown, etc.), sleeve length (short, long), and pockets (with pockets, without pockets).
2. Upload your product images in bulk.
3. Get analysis for all images/products, with the option to download the results as a CSV file for further processing in your CMS.
I can also add more features, such as generating SEO-optimized names and descriptions (using some user input as a basis), but I’m not sure if anyone is looking for this type of solution.
I’d love to connect with someone who works in or owns a small to medium e-commerce store and could use my tool to provide feedback. My initial assessment is that fashion stores with large inventories could benefit the most.
DM me if you’re interested.
Thanks a lot, and have a nice day! 🙂

We worked with a small online store selling handmade home goods. Their products were gorgeous, but their sales? Not so much. They came to us with a big question: How do we get people to care about what we’re selling?
Our game plan: Stop selling, start connecting.
Results? Crazy good.
The secret wasn’t a big budget—it was real, relatable content that made people stop scrolling. Social media works when you stop trying to sell and start building something people want to be part of.
I recently tried something simple that gave me a 33% increase in conversions. I added a TL;DR (Too Long; Didn’t Read) summary to articles and product pages of a client sites. It was a quick change, but it made a big difference. Here’s how I did it and why it worked.
I made two changes:
The goal was to let visitors quickly see what the page was about without having to scroll through everything. I tested this for about two weeks.
After the test, I saw a 33% increase in conversions across both articles and product pages. Here’s why I think it worked:
TL;DR worked because it let people quickly understand the content. When users can make fast decisions, they are more likely to act. Adding TL;DR is a simple way to improve the user experience and increase conversions.
I recently launched an online store palmonb.com that sells key chains and greeting cards featuring my designs. I have received positive feedback on my designs and made a few offline sales at the store where I work.
I spent money on Meta ads, but I haven’t made any online sales yet. I would love to add more products, but since my sales aren’t great, I’m afraid that producing more items might result in unsold inventory. What would be the best solution to this?
Any tips on increasing online sales?
Please DM
Hey - We have a women's jewelry site with price points below 100. While we rank top 5 for a handful of keywords, we're having trouble going beyond a threshold of organic traffic (stuck below 2k).
We've been ripped off by a few agencies. Would love to work with a solid freelancer or at least leverage as a consultant.
Any recs?
If you have Gorgias implemented for your store I’d love to get a demo of how it works in action.
We are looking at their features and it does look promising but I am also aware that these things can look good on paper can have sub-par performance.
I started from day one also in April. Watched a bunch of videos. I have slowly built my website. I paid for my license. My logo, and my domain name. Then the very first time I paid to advertise on Facebook/meta, I was 100% permanently blocked and told I am never allowed again… why you ask? No clue!! After days of panicking, I could not find a reason. But I did learn that not only was my business not allowed on Facebook, but every Meta connected platform. So thousands down the drain. Then I didn’t give up and tried paying for the Spocket trial and Shopify trial but was never able to even get to the point of changing my Shopify website name and was after over 160 emails, chats, and desperate cries for help, and being billed over and over 2200.00 for Shopify, yes I tried to reach someone to tell them what they did, to no avail ail. I realized that Spocket somehow attached to the Shopify account that I have never even opened. With that happening you can never remove a linked website from Spocket so I was no longer able to use Spocket, or Shopify. Mind you I have been really trying to manually add items from the internet one by one. Which takes me about a day per item because of having to change every photo and description to make it my own since I have no platform available such as Spocket and no other platform will work with my Square platform website. Anyway, it’s been since technically opening day of May 1st and it is October 28,2024, and I still have not had one purchase. I am not allowed to even mention my website or products I sell on any Social website chat etc or I get immediately blocked or booted out. So I have no way of advertising In the meantime, I am on life support and I just found out my husband is dying from stage 4 cancer and I will be left to fight my own fight financially soon. No, I couldn’t make this crap up if I tried… I have put in 22 hours most everyday of every month trying to manually enter this stuff in and try to get the word out. But I can barely afford trash bags right now. How can I save this nightmare and start at least seeing one sale a week if I’m lucky? I have spent so much in time and money. I don’t want to give up, but I don’t know what to do from here. I am on disability and only make about 900.00 a month and that’s it. Please help! I am real look up Trisha Shakespeare Carr on Facebook… that’s me. My story is on my website if you Google Fantascticz all my info is there. I’m scared I will end up on the street and die if I don’t get this going. I’m on life support! (https://www.fantascticz.com) please tell me any ideas you have. Thank you.

If you’re frustrated with Meta ads draining your budget, you’re not alone. Most brands think they need to spend more to see results, but we’ve proven that’s not true. We recently helped a client double their revenue in 60 days without increasing their ad spend.
Here’s what we did:
-Refined Ad Targeting: We cut out wasteful spending by narrowing in on high-intent audiences that were already primed to buy.
-Content That Converts: We shifted to user-generated content (UGC) and testimonial-based ads, which outperformed the competitions ads by 3x.
-Optimized Budget Allocation: Instead of pumping more money into underperforming ads, we redistributed the budget to top performers maximizing results without spending more.
Pro Tip: Don’t just chase new customers. We saw huge success by focusing on customer retention and upselling existing customers. Ps it’s cheaper

I’m experimenting with some creative marketing strategies and want to try face-swapping in our videos. I’ve i have been using Akool free trial, but I’m curious if anyone has experience with it or knows of any alternatives that might be easier to use and won't put any watermarks?
User reviews and ratings are a major part of e-commerce, but I’m wondering how they impact SEO in 2024. Are you seeing positive effects from user-generated content like reviews and Q&As on your rankings? Or are there challenges when it comes to managing the quality of UGC? I’m curious to know how others in the e-commerce world are handling this balance!
With more searches ending in zero-click results, thanks to featured snippets, knowledge panels, and Google’s AI summaries, many websites are reporting a decline in organic traffic. Have you noticed this trend in your niche? How are you adapting your SEO strategy to combat the impact of zero-click searches? Would love to hear how others are dealing with this growing challenge!
Hey, I work for Shopify store owners as a CRO expert and the most common problem I've noticed in most stores is that they spend a lot of money on ads for 1-2% conversion rate without focusing or considering how to optimize to get more sales. I am gonna write this quick rant to cover some important things I think every owner should consider. Especially if you are making 5k it more per month with your store. That usually means your product already works and its time to scale. Where to start? I say conversion rate should come before spending more money on ads. The thing is its very easy to ignore the conversion rate. Let me put it like this, if you take your conversion rate from 1.5% to 3% you will double your bottom line revenue without spending a single extra dollar on ads.
All of a sudden you can go from making 5k a month to 10k or from 20k to 40k and so on. Here are some key things I notice about most Shopify stores -
I hope this helps you I attached a video of how these things could be implemented on your website. DM me if you have questions about your own website I would love to help for free, maybe give you some tips or what not.
Hiii Community!
With Google continuing to emphasize user experience through Core Web Vitals, I'm curious how this update has impacted your SEO efforts in 2024. Are you seeing noticeable changes in rankings or traffic after optimizing for metrics like Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) and Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS)? How important are Core Web Vitals to your current strategy, and do you think they’re here to stay as a top ranking factor? Let’s discuss!
