I am trying to add a new product, no variations via flat file, but i keep getting 990100 error code with "the parent sku XXXXXX was refused because there exists at least one non-approved package_contains relationship. " and also error 8008 with "we cannot recognize your child SKU: XXXXXX". As I said there is no child sku. any idea why i might be getting these errors?
I downgraded to the Individual Seller plan. Do I need to wait until it goes into effect before I start building an inventory and selling?
Does anyone know the answer to this? Ive registered a trademark in the past and Im unable to get it registered because its in my personal name and not my business name, im going to re register it under a different but similar category but this time be sure to put it into my business name that connected to my Amazon.
After I register the trademark do I need to wait a certain time before I register for Brand Registry?
And one more question someone is selling bootlegs of my product with my trademark name as we speak, would it be hard to get it taken down if the registration of my trademark is made after the fake listings were posted?
Hi everyone, Just made a Carbon 6 account and I don’t think I trust them as an authorised user + api + whatever else they want. Big red flag I think. Does anyone have any experience with them that proves otherwise?
I’m mostly concerned that there is nothing online about them besides their website, though they sound amazing if trustworthy.

I have items listed via Europe, Canada, and Mexico and I’m being charged monthly. However, a year ago, I was notified that my listings were deactivated due to something not being verified. So I decided to cancel my subscription since I was taking a break anyway. But they’re still charging me. I keep bringing this up and they won’t help me. They’ll say they aren’t seeing any fees being charged aside from my prime membership
I'm launching a business selling bottled sauce products but new to selling on Amazon. I wanted to know how others with glass bottles typically pack their products before they send them to Amazon warehouses?
I was planning on just wrapping them in bubble wrap and packing them in individual mailer boxes but wanted to know if their is a more efficient approach to them?
Hey guys, I currently sell on Amazon under one brand that sells stuffed animals. We are making another brand for kid's toys. I'm wondering, how do I go about selling on Amazon for this second brand? Do I make an entire new seller central account (heard its prohibited?) Or can I create a new brand under the same roof? If so how do I go about this. I’m the author of a book series and am currently new to selling products on Amazon. I’d benefit a lot from the ability to advertise the sequels from the same series on my book’s Amazon page. Can I do this with Amazon ads? In other words, when setting up my product page, can I choose another one of my products to be advertised on that page specifically? How does it work? Thank you.
My Brand Regsitry application keeps getting denied because my Trademark is Registered in my name and it constantly says,
''This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (for example: tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form.''
I believe its because when I submit the brand registry form it asks for Business Identifiers, but my Trademark ownership is in my personal name, is there any tips on how to solve this?

Hey there, so I recently sent my first shipment ( 1 SKU) into Amazon FBA as a relatively new PL brand owner. When I had the option of selecting 1) 5 shipments (for no placement fee) 2) partial shipment and 3) 1 shipment (with the highest placement fee), I went with option 3 because I felt this would ideally cut the time from shipping from my 3PL to having inventory ready to sell on Amazon.
Is this a correct way of thinking about this? What criteria would you look at to consider the shipment method?

Hi all, I just posted my first book online and the listing doesn't seem to have any categories attached to it. I've tried to find tutorials that show how to change the sub category but so far all the ones I've found seem to indicate I need to change options I'm not seeing in my listing page.
Is there something that i'm missing? How do I update the sub categories to get my book to properly show in (for example) books> children's > holiday instead of just #123,546 in Books? TIA!

Recently launched my business and I have been launching a few ad campaigns. I let them run for a while and then I'll pause the campaign and launch a new one incorporating what I've learned.
Most recently I launched a manual keyword campaign and it was performing pretty well, but then 4 days ago, the impressions just stopped. It still says the campaign is active, but it has stopped spending my budget.
I didn't think much of it and launched a manual sponsored product campaign. Amazon says that campaign is active and running, but it hasn't spent any budget and I'm sitting at zero impressions after 3 days.
I should also add that I am overbidding for most placements, so to not see a single impression over a few days is strange.
Any ideas as to what I can do to fix this?
I need to start an ecommerce store in Amazon, what are the legal stuffs to be taken care of ? What documents i need to have handy What registration related to government needs to be done? Is anyone who is working related to this or a CA please help me out for a legal advice and services! Thanks
Im on uk site using chrome on laptop and mobile.
Ever since the new page ive been unable to select quantity/price boxes on my phone in order to change, the keyboard would just open and instantly close.
Now i cant scroll right on laptop or mobile so i cant do anything. Its only the inventory page, manage orders works fine.
I cant see anyone else having same issue and amazon chat was useless, so can anyone help?
Edit ive reduced zoom to 80% and no need for scrolling on laptop. Mobile ive ticked desktop site and scrolling works for now.
But i still cant keep keyboard open on mobile manage inventory website. it lets me type into search inventory box but the quantity/prices boxes just wont let me type into.
Hey there! I'm newbie on the amazon, thus I have difficulties with generating selling product images for the listing. I have tried to use Photoshop or Figma, but it took so much time and I'm not good at the design. Hiring a dedicated designer on Fverr is always pain for me.
Maybe you know any good services to do a design? Where are you order your designs?
My second order ever and this happens: A £13 product with £4 FBS shipping is sold to Ireland. The shipping plus tax quoted to me is in excess of £19. How am I expected to absorb this cost. Why was this order accepted when I would lose money by fulfilling it. Will my account rating be messed up from the get-go if I cancel this order? Especially since it will account for 50% of my orders as it stands. I suppose there is something I have set up wrong - how can I prevent this from happening again? TIA
Hi, what tool do you use to forecast your profit on Amazon FBA? Excel file? Specific tool? Amazon seller. It looks like the Amazon profit calculator is very light and doesn’t take into consideration some costs (return, shipment to Amazon warehouse….). Thks
Hi everyone! New seller here. While doing some research on Amazon, I found a high-search-volume keyword: “boom boom nasal stick.” Boom Boom is a well-known brand for this product, and it seems they’re doing around $870k in sales with it. Here’s the link to their listing for reference: Boom Boom Nasal Stick on Amazon.
When I search for “boom boom nasal stick,” I see multiple listings that appear to be identical to the product, but without the brand name. It looks like a blatant counterfeit—the packaging and product are identical, just without the branding.
Is it common for these types of listings to stay active on Amazon? Does Amazon actually allow this? I’m curious to know if this is a common issue among private label sellers and if there are effective ways to mitigate this risk.

As the title states I am an FBM seller - I sell a lot of new-old stock inventory and recently have seen a large uptick in fraudulent returns, specifically switcharoo returns or in other words, buyers swapping my brand new items out of the original packaging and returning their broken used items in attempt to get a refund. It's disgusting and today I received one I thought I would share here.
The buyer has a commercial address, I looked it up while filing an IC3 report. They are a business owner in Arizona running a physical therapy clinic, name of the owner matches the name on the order. I am getting pretty tired of these scammers and am considering going after them for fraud damages to teach them a lesson.
I got my first neg seller feedback in years due to another switcharoo returner in retaliation for me giving them their medicine in the form of no refund, denied chargeback, and a denied A to Z about a month ago, at this point I'm not backing down from them ever again.
Does anyone know how to sync their suppliers live stock feed to Amazon inventory via FTP server or CSV file? Thanks
Does anyone have the same issue, Amazon is classifying my apparel as Large Standard, by all measurements they are small standard, I measured them as 12x10x0.5 at 0.4LB, while Amazon says thickness is 1.5" and it makes it fall under Large standard. requesting to remeasured does not help

I’ve been selling on Amazon for about 3 years. The first year, I was heavy into FBA and over the last year and a half, have scaled down and focused primarily on FBM. I still have a lot of inventory left over so I spent some time prepping some units to send a few days ago. In total, I had 116 units, 24 skus and about 115lbs total weight. I was shocked at the shipping and fees for this shipment. It cost $138.17. There were no oversize or overweight boxes. The last time I sent in an FBA shipment was in May of 2023. I sent in 211 units in 4 boxes for a total of 148 lbs. The cost was $56.71. I also recalled that last year, I was sending almost everything to the Henderson, NV warehouse while this most recent shipment was split between MD and AL. For context, I am located in Utah. Prior to seeing the high price for shipping, I was thinking to myself that I would like to scale my FBA efforts but now I’m having second thoughts. I was curious if anything (other than inflation) has changed that would cause the prices to be so much higher? Or if I did something wrong/different when setting up this shipment that caused it to go to warehouses that are far away from me?
I am just a noob seller, trying to list smartphone case on Amazon. I have got some generic cases from local and i am trying to take photos for Amazon. The photos i take from myself doesn’t match the quality of the existing other sellers photos! I tried so many ways, but i am not able to understand whether the product images are real pictures or just rendered images.
I am just a noob seller and don’t have that much of a big budget to hire 3D designer or professional photographer. And if i upload photos i taken, i just afraid that no one would buy them because they doesn’t look as professional as others does.

Ads campaign was opened without my consent with the title: "Minis-SD-PAGE_VIEWS2024-09-24T10:29"
I called Ads support and they said there's nothing they can do because I opened it, probably from my recommendations page.
I did not open this campaign, and if I did click on a recommendation, I certainly would never submit the campaign to be completed.
It's obviously computer generated: I have never opened a Sponsored Display campaign before, and the campaign only had one product (which I never do), no photos (which I'd add if running an SD campaign), and a high CPC (which I'd optimize given no sales).
Please help - I have no idea what to do now - the campaign spent $535 in the past month, with no sales. I only check Ads manager every month because everything is usually consistent. I immediately turned it off but now I have no idea how to deal with the $535 charge.
Is there a support email or specific team I can reach out to to help me resolve this? I don't make a ton of money on Amazon and I'm a single mom, so this is a huge hit to me financially.
Customer (correctly) claims package never received with A-Z claim. Amazon sent me an email saying they are charging us for the refund and giving us an order defect hit.

As the title says, I’m a new seller and having trouble understanding which documents need to be submitted in order to gain approval to sell products in the health and beauty category, is anyone able to provide any information as to what Amazon requires.
I am from Germany and set up my AS account. Unfortunately it has been the Canadian site. I am now entitled to sell in CA, US and MEX. But how can I add Germany to my countries? I don't want to set up a whole new account. Is it possible to just add another country?
Do you have any disadvantages if I just have Germany as a "secondary" country? Or all regions equal?

I already have a verified seller central account and I wanted to ask that if I delete my current seller central account would I face any issues when I go ahead and create a new seller central account?
