I just moved to Palm Bay and my eyebrows have been looking rough. Where can I go to get my eyebrows threaded or waxed? I was thinking of keeping it to the Palm Bay/Melbourne area.

Hi! As the title suggests I’m moving to Palm Bay in march. I’m moving from a deep south state at the bottom of the Bible Belt. I’ve never left the town I’m in and I’m 35. I’m wondering what Palm Bay is like? I have 4 boys all school aged. Is Palm Bay safe? Are there neighborhoods I should avoid when looking for a place? Are the beaches clean/ nice/overcrowded? Are there schools I should avoid sending my kids to? My town has maybe 3000 people in it so I’m trying to avoid a big culture shock and potentially dangerous situation. I’ve heard someone say their kids are being “messed up” since moving to Palm Bay and I don’t want my kids to be “messed up”. Is this a safe place to raise kids? This is what prompted me to post and ask these questions. Please give me your advice or views on Palm Bay. If your comment is “ just don’t” or “ rethink this”, please elaborate as to why so that I can be informed. I read that a guy was chopping folks with a machete? Is this like a normal thing there? Please weigh in on your thoughts and experiences about Palm Bay. I’m nervous to make this move but there has to be more to life than this. We don’t even really have healthy food options here and I’m sick of always feeling sick from food ya know! Is Palm Bay a good place to be active outdoors? Just for context we are not rich. I’m a nurse and my husband is an IT guy if that matters on which areas we need to be looking at for affordable housing. I don’t wanna move to the slums but I’m not rich enough for a Porsche and a gated community with a full time security guard either.

I would like for the gun to be pink but that's not my biggest ask... can you bedazzle a gun? I was looking at glocks. I travel around Brevard for work and my boss said it was okay for us to start carrying because he's sending me to homes alone as a woman. I don't want to just buy a gun and not be trained properly, though. He told me that we don't need permits to conceal carry anymore? Is there like an intensive training course I can take? Gun ranges I can practice at?

I heard a loud ass plane fly right over my house around 11PM. Then I heard it flying near by a couple times after. I woke up at 2AM and it happened again.

Are they testing something around here? Is it a private pilot having fun? It scared me!

I’ll just say what’s wrong to give you all a little bit more detail because maybe someone else has also experienced this. I was in and out of the gynecologist office for 7 months and finally found out I had tested positive for ureaplasma. I retested twice and i’m negative. However, i’m still having residual symptoms and i’m worried that it’s messed with my urinary tract or pelvic floor. I’ve been told by numerous people to see a urogynecologist.

Need to get 2 root canals done in back molars, Aspen dental quoted 9,000 for 2 root canals and 2 crowns. At that cost I’m considering getting my med chart and flying to Mexico.

Now I understand molars, and teeth further back, cost more. But $4500 per tooth is ridiculous.

Does anyone know of any oral surgeons who have performed root canals on back molars for reasonable prices? Any recommendations appreciated

Over the spring, some friends and I are going to go to Melbourne Fl for a week. I will have a car. Are there any activities that you think will be fun for college age students ( -21)? We can drive up to 2 hours away. This will be my first time around the area so anything fun would be great. We're looking into Universal or Disney but they're both really expensive. Does anyone have any suggestions for inexpensive things to do?

I've been learning how to play steel drum and working on my 4 hour playlist. I was wondering though, most hotels that I want to ask to play at already usually have schedules made up of entertainment/music.

How long would I be looking at to be able to start playing at some of these places? Wondering if it'd be weeks, months, or even quarterly planned out in advance?
