I see early forecasts predicting anywhere from a few inches to up to a foot of rain with this new storm. I asked the seasoned Floridians, how concerned should we be about the flooding? Especially if there is a retention pond nearby?

Drove past the warehouse on Sarno and they’re putting up Amazon signage.

Surprised to see quite a few homes that meet my want list but most are late ‘80’s stick frame. I plan to be here long term so I’m wondering if the added durability of block walls are worth the extra time or do stick frames do just as well as long as termites and moisture are mitigated?

While I do like the fact that Ivey has an animal cruelty unit, and there's zero tolerance for drunk drivers, I've always been distrustful of tough talking sheriffs. I've seen way too many tough talking sheriffs like Joe Arpaio in Arizona, Lee Baca in Los Angeles, Mike Carona etc. end up going to prison for corruption. I'd much rather Sheriff's just be law enforcement, and not press sluts. Can you name any scandals he's been in?

hey guys , I have a lot of trauma from past experiences and have put off getting dental care for years. I also don’t have dental insurance because apparently eyes and teeth aren’t part of our bodies I guess 🫠 if anyone has any recommendations for dentists in brevard county, particularly ones that are good for people with anxiety, I would really appreciate it. Looking for dermatologist recommendations. I have been battling some pretty bad adult onset cystic acne and nothing I have tried is working including spironolactone. At this point I’m ready to try accutane. Does anyone have any recommendation for local providers? I saw a NP a year ago who wanted to try every other treatment under the sun and refused to listen or take my complaints seriously.

Bear with me. I'm looking for a make out spot that doesn't have to be a make out spot. I just want a semi-romantic secluded place for me and my spouse to be away from the kids and from other humans. Beach would be cool, but I'm thinking somewhere we can stay in the car. (Even if other humans are around. I just want the option to ignore people. And not have to do much.)

I have 2 male kittens around 3 months old, and am looking for a place to get them neutered when they are around 5 months old. A few places I’ve gotten quotes on is like $700 each to get them neutered. Does anyone know an affordable place to get them neutered? I called the humane society in Cocoa, but their recommended vet doesn’t have any spots until February.
