I’m going to give this another shot and see if anyone is down for a game of beach volleyball by the hard rock hotel.
21M lookimg for someone to go out to dinner with or to the bar!
We’re coming to Daytona for a couple days on the way to Orlando. We’re staying at ocean walk resort. I understand the outdoor lazy river isn’t heated so I assume it’s going to be pretty cold water. Is the indoor pool that is open good this time of year? We will have 10 year old boys with us so we will be trying to keep them entertained and we like anything to do with getting wet or in water but I’m worried it’s going to be too cold everywhere we go.
Any food ideas, fun things to do except the beach-y stuff (did soo much). Any anime based events or anything nerdy?
Hi everyone!
I’m getting married on the beach in Daytona during golden hour around 5-6pm this upcoming September 24, 2025, with cake and champagne right after the ceremony served on the beach under tents. The company we chose is handling everything on the beach for us, but I’m trying to figure something out for afterward. I’m super excited about our destination wedding, but I want to make sure my guests have a place to party after the ceremony!
We’re expecting around 40-60 guests (we haven’t sent out save-the-dates yet, so we don’t have an exact RSVP count). I’m looking for an affordable venue near Daytona Beach where we can host a fun little celebration after the ceremony. Ideally, we’d love a place that allows us to cater our own food or offers catering options. It would also be awesome if we could either bring our own drinks (BYOB) or if they provide that too. We’re trying to keep things low-key but fun, so we want somewhere where our guests can let loose after the ceremony!
Any recommendations for affordable venues or places that are flexible with food and drinks would be greatly appreciated. Please be nice, I’ve posted in other wedding groups and was attacked for having a wedding that’s not super traditional. So if you don’t have anything nice to say, please keep your comments to yourself. Thanks in advance!
Looking to drive around and view Christmas Lights around the Daytona Beach area. Any good homes or places people recommend to view?
I’m going to be down there Monday and the apple weather app says it’ll be raining Monday and 60’s all week. I don’t know if I trust it, as it lets me down here at home… so I wondered if anybody would share what their trusted weatherman would say the weather will be like next week? Should I pack for anything crazy?
My family has been going to Ormand / Daytona area since I can remember. We have been to ponce inlet and the flea market countless of times but looking for some new places to go around the area any recommendations?
What the fuck is going on why are people driving so bad today? 10 times worse than normal. Fuck you snowbirds. Oh yeah and avoid you asked one in Holly Hill. The stupid pickle ball is have traffic all fucked up.
Preferably with the least judgmental crowd lol

Christmas Party tonight at Rooting Around Downtown (RAD Kava Bar). There will be Christmas movies, ginger bread house making, snacks, a gift exchange (optional if you bring a gift) and more! Come on by for Christmas fun!
Hi all! I am into pretty much all forms of music and I drive a lot. So anyone have any radio station suggestions for me?
Any good local shops to get Christmas gifts for people that don’t live in the area? Not looking for anything touristy
Staying at wyndham ocean walk soon. I understand they have a lazy river. Is it usually warm enough to use in late December? I know it’s not heated but if it’s a nice day is it bearable?
What's there to do on a Wednesday night?
I’m in my early 20s and I want to do some fun things around Daytona on my days off. The only things I’m seeing are mostly bars and I’m not into that. Any suggestions?
We missed the deadlines for online prints. Does anybody know a high quality printing service that can print a small number of Christmas cards quickly? Walgreens and Office Depot card stock prints have been meh

Looking to make a rib roast for Christmas.
my rollers are broken so looking for someone to replace them
Any recommendations for the best tattoo place in Daytona Beach? Looking to get some new ink while we’re in town for the holidays. Would love to find the best place!
Outside with a flashlight 🔦 dumping the water out of my plant pots that don't have holes in the bottom, and teeny tiny dust like particles are eeeeeverywhere. 1230am. Hazy and unsettling out, but dry now (raining all day). My dog won't step a paw outside. Deeply unsettling, but could be something normal that just appears weird as shit to me?
Hello, I’m going to welcome to rockville in May with my best friend! But we live kinda far so we’d be getting up early in the morning and making a long drive and planned on staying until it ended at 10pm, and it’s not safe to make the long drive back home after that and we wanted to book a hotel. The issue is that we’re both 18 and most hotels at Daytona beach require 21+ for check in. Is there any hotels nearby or even a little farther out that allow 18 year olds to check in? Thank you!
