I am highly motivated post-election to get involved in liberal movements in the Orlando area. I keep looking for in-person events and organized protests against the Trump administration and am not finding anything. You'd think SemDems would be the right resource, but I'm not finding much on their website.

Does anyone know of any events, protests, organizations, or resources? I am new to the area and am desperate to find likeminded people, I feel very alone.

I'm going to a concert at the beachem tonight and I heard they close the roads or something I don't really know but I was thinking of parking at the Jefferson St parking garage. Am I gunna be stuck there when the concert let's out? Or a better place to park?

I have a PCP that I’ve expressed issues regarding low testosterone and the awful symptoms I have. I’ve gotten my testosterone tested many times over the past two years and I have ranged from 233ng all the way down to 155ng but he still refuses to prescribe me any sort of treatment because anything over 200 is “good”… I really don’t want to pay the large amount of money to go to a TRT clinic. Does anyone have a good PCP that has had them prescribe an efficacious dose of TRT?

Looking for best gyros recommendations in the Leesburg/Tavares/Lady Lake area. Not interested in travelling too far out of my area just for a sandwich, but have been craving a decent gyros for a while now.

I just moved to Orlando about 5 months ago or so and when I decided on my home I must of not visited enough because a block away is constantly bombarded with panhandlers.

It's on Rose Ave intersection in front of the 7/11 coming from the 414 highway. My neighborhood itself is a decent family friendly community, but right outside that intersection from morning till night is the same 4-5 guys all day.

I heard a lot of talk from neighbors & the Ring app that most of they guys are not even homeless and that they live on the other side of the street in homes and just don't want to get a job. One of them has air pods, iPhones, and post a big sign asking people to Zelle or Cashapp him.

They always bring big coolers too. I mean that’s pretty shitty if that’s true because this area is working class and shit, we’re all struggling to pay the bills here.

Every now and then 2 of them walk a block away and actually sit and hangout inside of my neighborhood! I don't know what to do. Guess I wanting some insight if anyone knows their true situation.

This is my first home and I am planning on having my first child so might be a little overprotective here....

i rarely drive on the highway, so when i needed to use my sunpass recently & went online to add funds i noticed 14 toll charges throughout the month of September that were not from me. i’m the only person with access to my car, and i double checked the date & times of each charge & it’s definitely not by me. another giveaway was that these were charged by plate — i have a sunpass transponder that i always remember to use. so my conclusion is that 1) someone else has a plate that’s so similar to mine that i was billed (unlikely?) or 2) a scammer is driving around with an illegal copy of my plate.

i already contacted Sunpass customer service about the whole ordeal & i’m currently waiting for their reponse. however, the rep i was talking to said i’d need a subpoena in order to get the images of “my car” at the toll booths (which i asked for in order to start a police investigation if the latter situation turns out to be true).

i’ve never had to speak to a lawyer for any reason so i’m not even sure where to start with that. has this mess happened to anyone else?? what do i do if Sunpass decides that those 14 charges are legit even though they’re definitely not? just having a whole lotta anxiety about the sitch & wanted feedback. TIA!
