First of all, would it be possible for Hiei to resort to the dragon again and wpuld it be stronger than the one he previously used on Bui since he's stronger now? I figured it's kinda self-explanatory but I just don't want to overlook any statements that say or imply otherwise.
And if he did, would it beat 100% Toguro? From what I understand, there's two ways to deal with it. Throw it away or overpower it and rip it in two. Sensui took a stroll on it to DW but I don't remember what happened to the dragon after that so refresh my memory please.
Also, would it be possible for Hiei to absorb/consume the dragon again AND would it be enough to beat 100% Toguro?
Basically just wanting some insight on the reality of this fight since Hiei was itching to fight him but let Yusuke take the helm for revenge.
I'm trying to find a fanfiction from ages ago on fanfiction.net. it's kurama/oc, set in school.
Vague details I can remember:
-main character is half American I think
-she somehow gets turned into a cat and kurama takes her home
-she considers him her enemy/rival (I think because of grades or something???)
-there's like 3 parts, it wasn't finished but in one of the parts, she goes to the dark tournament with the gang
-sakyo cuts a flower into her thigh
-she wears her backpack in the front instead of normal
Any help is greatly appreciated. I've become obsessed with finding this specific fanfiction...
Like he just has the arms and the tail
i find it satisfying when he fights yusuke at 80% to start and watching toguro power up gives me goosebumps. and his classic “strength absolute” line always gets me. what a great villain. and his character development was a wonderful when he admitted he wanted to show his full strength to be put at rest with genkai (even tho he chose purgatory)
Fanart that I drew with Micron Pens and Prisma Color markers.
I emulated this game I only remember getting to the ship and that’s it was very young but I wanna play through it. Would anyone wanna see me stream it I don’t intend on gaining clout for this I just wanna give true fans of the show something to watch??
I think I missed it since they were friends in season 1. I didn't realise they were together until the 4th season where Keiko dumps him. I just want to know in which season and episode they like get in a relationship.
I have been searching for the last hour, hope someone knows. I have seen this series multiple times but I could never find the name of the song that plays. First example I can go to is end of Episode 47 since I am now tired of not knowing and want the name. It has the soft guitar playing in the back and everything, not sure what else I can say. If you know it, please let me know, thanks!
I wish that the 3 kings story line was longer It’s crazy how they could have done anything if they wanted it just glad to know the Gang is alright at the end of the day 🥲
They had the best development by far. Every time kuwabara flirted with the ice maiden and she reciprocated. It doesn't make him look inept at all. There's no telling what's going to happen now that she moved in with him.
He really is a lucky guy.
The trend on shonen protagonists was the classic hero type: good-goodies in general. A few had a twist like the power coming from a destructive source.
The one who fits this discription is Kurama in his early Minamino days (before stealing the mirror). The fact he's smart would probably take the spiritual detective role in another direction. Maybe Botan would have a more active role like in the begining of the series? The Detective Kit would also be atually used, I guess
Also, Hiei would totally be on his starter route (probably the 1st oponent), but how would Genkai, Yusuke and Kuwabara fit in?
Let me know what you think
No need to be rude in the comments.
If Saitama was in the anime or manga how long do you think he would last in any part of the series or chapter? You can choose whoever you want Saitama to fight, I'm just curious because everyone is saying Saitama is really strong and I wanna know just how strong. Is he strong enough to even take on Younger Toguro for example? I'm pretty sure the ability that Saitama is different but use your imagination and put his ability into the series please. I know they have nothing to do with each other but I'm still curious.
Or he eventually killed himself and went to hell to kick Toguro's ass
Why are none of them surprised the Toguro brothers are still alive and breathing in The Dark Tournament?
I'm 18 Episodes in (43 overall) of the Dark Tournament Saga and I'm finding it kinda slow paced. The animation, voice acting (I'm watching eng dub) and music is great, but it just feels like it's dragging on with its slow pacing, I'm on the part where Yusuke is about to learn some new powerful finger bullet move, does it get better or should I drop it?
The YYH wiki says that Elder Toguro is only 3'6" (107 cm), and in the live-action, they chose to use practical effects to make the actor Kenichi Takitō as tiny as a Hobbit (who coincidentally, also have an average height of 3'6"!), they saw this as lore-important, as instead of just choosing a very short and thin, but still human actor (the average male height in Japan is 169 cm / 5'6", they have countless shorter men that could play this role), who can cling on Younger Toguro's back for a few seconds, in order to not spend too much money on CGI, as they decided to ditch Koenma's baby appearance, that could have been easily done with a child actor being dubbed by an adult, but they did not ditched Elder Toguro's tiny size.
But has it ever been explained as to why Elder Toguro is so abnormally short?, is this a part of his transformation into a demon, perhaps to facilitate his parasitic and insect-esque abilities?, since Kuwabara defeats him by literally squashing him like a bug, so Elder Toguro being super tiny is related to him being portrayed as almost like an annoying insect pest?, also, is it ever made clear if Elder Toguro can shapeshift his height?
If I was a psychopath with an even more OP version of John Carpenter's The Thing abilities, I would sure prefer to be small like a dog when it comes to fighting people and infiltrating places (and getting literally inside people) without being seen.
I mean, if ET (lol) was just a very short guy, then he would not be abnormally short at 3'6", unless if he had dwarfism, which he does not, since in the anime, manga, and live action, he has normal body proportions, and in real life, even people with dwarfism are not that short, Peter Dinklage is 4'5" (135 cm), with people like Verne Troyer at 2'8" (81 cm) being very rare cases.
Also fun fact: It is extremely difficult to find the name of actor who portrayed Elder Toguro in the live action, not even IMDB mentions him, whenever you search for "Elder Toguro live action actor", all you get is Go Ayano, who portrayed the more popular Younger Toguro, it took a while for me to find out that his name is Kenichi Takitō.
