Hey! If you're eating 1500kcal for a long period of time, say 6 months more or less. Is it possible that you hit a plateau in case of your weight? My friend is eating 1500kcal but is not losing weight anymore and she thinks her body adjusted to eating 1500kcal a day and is therefore not losing weight anymore. Why do you guys think she's not losing weight anymore? Could it also be because she eats maybe a lot of fatty food? Lmk!

Hi all! I am currently eating around 1500 in order to lose weight and I'm having a hard time keeping myself motivated with my food portions. I'm just looking for some weight loss buddies to share recipes with, motivate to exercise, give tips, etc.
Anyone up for it?

Hi Guys!
So I just posted this because I have lost 40 lbs on a vegan diet and I thought it would be useful to let other people find out how I did it.

This is just a bit on what I used to eat , but I also wanted to mention that I managed to lose the weight while also suffering from PCOS and high cortisol. I now manage my weight and health almost perfectly thanks to being vegan.
So I just wanted to say, if there is anyone out there who has similar issues and wants to reach out, connect, let me know!
Also, if you would like to see more videos on this topic, again, message me and subscribe and I will definitely cover the topic.
Let me know and good luck with your weight loss journey! <3 much love!
I’m just starting out and I’ve been vegan for 2 years. Of course I want to be healthy and I am generally healthy anyway opting for whole foods. However I like high calorie vegan junk foods too. As long as I do 1500 calories does it matter what I eat or should I still lose weight? For example, today as a one off I had a large cinema popcorn which was 800 calories, could I do that every day and lose weight? (I have no intention to do that though!!)
