How much difference does it make counting drinks as well? Is it worth it to count? I'm curious about everyone's reasoning.

I looked it up and it says a whole cantaloupe is 300 calories. Is that really true. Cause I know a pound of cantaloupe is around 150 calories and it says that the weight of a cantaloupe can be from a pound to 11lbs.

Should we listen to fitness influencers as much as some of us actually do? They always seem to have opposing rules when it comes to losing body fat and going in a fitness journey. I’ve been kind of just following my own body and it’s worked so far! I just feel like some fitness influencers have a lot of power and upon researching before starting my deficit and fitness journey, I discovered that some can be quite demanding and a lot of them seem to have opposing rules/opinions on how to lose body fat. I always figured what they said what true or right but I’m now learning that they’re just not! Sorry if this doesn’t make any sense. I am aware that there are some amazing fitness influencers out there but I’m just talking about some that I have seen online.

what is defined as a binge? Because I just ate a bag of hot Cheetos, a pizza slice, and some itty bitty snacks but I ate them all at once because my freinds are around
