Please Can Anyone help me with macros/calorie deficit numbers?

I would love to lose weight, I am 290lbs 5’5 and I walk every other day . I don’t know which is the best website/app for calorie deficit. I just want to be healthier, I do have high blood pressure from being overweight. Thanks!!

Am I allowed to have a cheat day?

My birthday is on Monday and my parents got me a cake, plus they want to take me to dinner. My plan was to have an OMAD day, and have one slice of the cake only. I'm just wondering, should I still make sure not to go over my 1,900 calories? Or am I allowed to slurge a bit since it's a special occasion? (Not saying in going to have 3,000. But maybe just not count that day)

Wrestling Calorie Counting

Hey guys, I am a wrestler who cut from 126 pounds to 113 and am trying to maintain my body weight. I am having really tough practices (about 2 hours each day) and I have been eating around 1500 calories per day. Is this good? I am 5’8 and around 5% BF. Please send tips I am hungry as a mug
