On the right side, that’s me in summer 2022, weighing around 115 to 120 kg. On the left, that’s me now at 90 kg after having lost a significant amount of weight. At one point, I was down to just 79 kg and have been working out for the past year and a half. This is how I look now.☺️

My transformation, I don’t know if I should keep on cutting? I want to have visible abs.
Nervous posting this for obvious reasons. But I decided to post a flex pic and a resting pic for better comparables with no special lighting. I do wonder if I will ever be happy and comfortable.
Finally do not fear the scale at the Dr office! Went in for an annual visit. Was asked to step on the scale in full clothes/ shoes. A year ago that would have ruined my day to be honest. I have been maintaining 123-128 since summer time now. Super grateful to be at a healthy weight and excited to keep maintaining🙏
If I had to estimate, I’m at 23-24% bf. My goal is around 8-12%. That should be approximately 150-160lbs. From there the goal is to continue to build muscle and stay lean, with an end weight around 175-178lbs.
I occasionally share updates on my fitness journey on Instagram, but it often feels redundant. I either face a lot of negativity or struggle to have meaningful conversations about my goals with people who don’t share the same knowledge or passion for fitness. That said, here’s my progress so far! This is the result of an 8-year natural transformation, with consistent effort over the majority of those years, from age 18 to 26. I’d love to hear your feedback—it’s a genuine example of what a natural progression can look like.
New account here, but I’ve been around before. Making some progress with my feelings and motivations. Have been maintaining my loss for about 6-7 months now.
I’m ready to have a decent winter of some more weight loss, about 20lbs, while working on my running/speed. I’m not sure how much weight I was to put on in the gym, especially since I know I want to lose some more weight.
I’ll try to focus on about 2000 calories a day and weights for 30 minutes or an average of 30 minutes of running. I don’t need to lose weight fast and holidays keep the diet mysterious.
My other post got deleted for some reason, but reposting again for my own catalogue.
Still a ways to go but proud of my progress so far!
I counted every calorie I ate for the first few months, along with walking a minimum of 10km each day. After 6months I just started making conscious choices instead of counting. It made the progress slower, but I’m still going steady.
It’s a lot in a short time but quitting drinking and cutting out sugar completely has done a wonder for me. Also stay under 1200 calories and go to the gym 6 days a week.
Goal weight 180.
