Making the trip up tomorrow and never been t'hull before. Any recommendations for parking and somewhere for a pint before the game?
Just fancied floating an idea to see if there’s any major holes in it.
So we’ve got the pacific championships now, and they seem pretty good but the problem is there’s always a team that aren’t in it because they’re touring England. So what if, instead of that, we had a European competition. I’m taking heavy inspiration from the pacific model, but here goes.
First division:
England
France
Wales
Greece (e.g.)
Second division:
Netherlands
Serbia
Another (maybe like Lebanon or something)
England community lions
End of each competition the bottom of the first division and the top of the second play each other to decide what happens next year. (Community lions can’t get promoted) England would probably win them all for the foreseeable future but it gives more international time for the smaller countries.
Now we don’t have a southern hemisphere side touring England at the end of the season, but we don’t need to play France mid season now, so I say, in the origin window, we either go and tour NZ, or they come here, because NZ international players can’t be in origin (whereas Tonga, Samoa etc can).
Again, just an idea that I haven’t exactly thought out, if there’s any problems with it please say them.

I just want to know where I ca. watch back the full match but not in sky and for free
So I’m confused about grand final tickets cos I haven’t been watching for long. I’m a hull KR fan and I’m looking to get tickets for the grand final if we win against Warrington. But what I don’t get is how do you know which stand is gonna be your teams stand after the grand final is confirmed. Do you just guess it or do teams sell their own selection of tickets?
