How do you take part in democracy in the city - did you vote, have you written to your councillor or MP? Ever been to a citizen’s assembly? I'm moving from Bolton to Salford with my family and I'm just wondering if anyone can recommend a good moving company? We are moving from a 3 bed house with 2 kids and 2 dogs. You could say we have a lot of stuff - 3 beds to dismantle, and 2 closets. Nothing particularly fragile but we have some large prints and mirrors and then just the usual furniture and a lot of house plants 😅

We are moving in November so I have some time to shop around. No man with vans please, I would like an ACTUAL moving company. Thanks so much and looking forward to a new start in Salford!

Is the area circled above (north side of Broad Street) considered an okay area for a young couple that keep to themselves? Any particular areas to avoid due to anti-social behaviour or crime?

Hi - looking for a late night coffee shop somewhere round Clifton/ wardley area- somewhere open until around 9/10 and close to the motorway would be ideal.

Also, is Supercuts good for a simple trim? I’ve heard many bad reviews about them.

I've heard that Buile hill is a nice place to walk a dog and to perhaps avoid langworthy but that's about it.
