Forgive me if this seems very basic, but I am just learning certain things about SC2 by playing co-op missions. I see that am earning XP points and that when I reach 15 points I can assign them to a particular commander, which will result in upgrades and such.
So, I'm trying to be careful so as not to accidentally assign my XP points to the wrong dude. Just a quick question: These upgrades, to they apply when I'm playing, let's say, 3 vs AI? Are they game-wide, as it were?
When I go into co-op mode, there's Jim Raynor. I'm happy to select him as my guy, but I don't know how to, nor how to assign him my XP points when I hit 15 of them. Can someone help me out?
i was level 12 with jim raynor and now im level 5, what gives?
Report them as SPAM, not Cheating. Because no one in Blizzard gives an f about cheating, but spam i reckon is just a counter that autobans an account once it has enough reports.
just alt+F4 out of the game, or in queue, so these losers have to wait at least 30 seconds for all the time they waste for genuine players.
Importantly, before you report, do check that they
Have a series of APM0 games in their match history
if not, then feel free to apologise for the alt+f4 as i've done before (can you really blame my rage when 2 out of 3 games gets autoquit in Diamond 3?)
Srsly, fk these guys. no mercy.
It felt like just the other day people were whining to peak levels that the most recent patch wasn't going to do anything to help Protoss being weak and not having any tourney wins and now there's posts about tourneys have only Protoss and a few Terran players and that it's hard to beat Toss now??
Am I missing something or does this just prove what the levelheaded people have always said in this sub...people like to balance whine to no end but rarely know what they are actually talking about?
ladder seems fine but cant make arcade or custom lobbies
At Twitter / X EWC posted a new teaser for the EWC 25....What can we see? Well some guys including Clem holding his trophy! Coincidence? I dont think so....Lets hope for the best, but at this point Im super confident!!
Here are a lot of trivial questions; basically, I want to know what life is like for the common folk in the Koprulu Sector This is a long post, so I apologize in advance for any grammatical mistakes. pretty sure some of these questions don’t have official answers, so I’m also happy to hear less precise ones.
After the Evolution storyline, Zagara and her swarm took a very different path. Leaders like Velarian and Horner are aware of this, but would the general public know? Or would they just be aware that the Zerg's invasion has unusually paused?
Can ordinary people distinguish between different types of Zerg or Protoss units, such as Zerglings, Hydralisks, Zealots, and Stalkers?
Can they distinguish which faction a unit belongs to, such as the Khalai, Nerazim, or Taldarim?
Or would they understand that the Zerg are now led by many different Broodmothers, and the actions of one Broodmother don’t necessarily represent the entire Swarm’s behavior?
How expensive or difficult is space travel? Is it comparable to traveling to another country, or could people even own private spacecraft? Is it legal or common to visit or work in territories controlled by other factions?
How large can a space station be? Is it possible for it to accommodate hundreds of thousands of people and support long-term habitation for many years?
If choose storyline where Hansen survives, it’s mentioned that her colony breaks away from the Dominion and declares independence, which really surprised me. The game often focuses on the Terran Dominion, but are there more small factions like this in the hidden corners of the galaxy?
Hansen's mission also made me wonder—could there be frontier colonies that end up too close to Protoss territory (but without triggering violent conflict), to the point where civilians from both sides accidentally meet and come to accept these strange neighbors
Psionics are considered a given for the Protoss, but is it possible for there to be Protoss without psionic abilities? I imagine that even if doesn't lead to death, it would still be an extremely severe disability
What is daily life like for Protoss civilians? Do they also have to work? What kind of leisure activities might they have?
How much do Terran civilians know about the Hybrids? Are they aware of Amon? In comparison, do the Protoss know more about these two?
What do people think of the leadership of Velarian, Horner, or Artanis? Would they be considered good rulers?
How many people noticed that Jim Raynor disappeared after the war... Horner surely noticed (though it's unclear what he thinks about it), but what about the other members of Raynor’s Raiders? Could this have been reported in the news?
How bad do people think of Kerrigan/Queen of Blades? I imagine that what she did during the End War wouldn't really change most people's views of her.
Which of them, Kerrigan or Stukov, is more likely to become the evil monster in a horror story? wait, do people know Stukov is still alive?
How rare are human with psionic power? 1 in 10,000 or less?
Do the police also wear CMC armor?
Does the CMC armor come in different sizes on the user's body type?
Do Terrans and Protoss know about the existence of Primal Zerg?
Should I ask more questions?

Edit: Servers are back 12h later!!
Is everyone else seeing ads about web monitoring services in their Reddit feed? Feels like Blizzard could do with something like that.
Theres also animations like things moving behind the ear council. Idle dialogs that start in the solar core or council depending on when certain missions have been finished, and even a colossus staring at you when unlocked, among others like all of Fenix aster egg movie memories or other quips.
Id like any links to them. I thought ambient dialog would be enough of a search but Google has gotten worse over the years.
that is truly a statement that is in the test of time.
Oi. I'm headed to South Korea in early April. I figured it could be awesome to watch some live Starcraft while there (if possible). Does anyone have any pointers how to find live tournaments/matches/arenas for Starcraft in Seoul? Thanks
Hey everyone!
It's been a major long time since this came out, but does anyone remember a Day9 Funday Monday challenge where Sean had to only cast while inhaling? I swear it happened but I can't find it anywhere.
