Every time I try to log into the game on the US server it says "There is a temporary outage of Battle.net services" its been saying this for a couple days now. I can log into EU and KR no problem. I have tried what blizzard support said which was deleting the ptr folder and using the beta blizzard launcher. Nothing has worked. Anybody have a fix for this? I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling several time.
Especially since all I do is cheese I don't feel like I deserve this.
I have the remastered version, but for some reason it isn’t letting me change to the HD mode. It always offers to let me repurchase it when it loads up too. Blizzard support basically told me to suck it. Anyone have some ideas?
Does anyone have a picture of all the Protoss zealots from starcraft 2 for the black team (and preferably for the rest)? Or a video?
Does anyone have a picture of all the Protoss units from Starcraft: Remastered for the white team (and preferably for the rest)? Or a video?
Immortals suck in the new PTR. Spores are too strong against oracles.
Solution: Revert changes to immortals and spores. Buff brood lords to compensate. They are trash.
I would watch it so much!❤️
With no ESL circuit announcement in sight, the recent discontinuation KSR Monday cup and the potential ending of World Team League, I think the scene is not looking particularly healthy right now. We as a SC2 community should support the community organizers who keep the scene going. Balance whine is cool and all but with no tournaments those balance discussions are futile. Please support the creators/channels.
New unit request:
This ends Terran turtle style, Protoss turtle style, Zerg turtle style, in a very balance and elegant way.
I had a dream that I was watching a realistic documentary about a workplace incident. The opening scene was a long continuous aerial shot of a war and the shot eventually ended by zooming into the worker line of a base. The incident was the story of a baneling who wanted to be a drone.
There was an attack on the workerline and the baneling worker exploded, causing even more casualties than there should have been. There were interviews in this documentary. There was narrative about if insurance would cover the damages, and if the hive had knowingly employed a baneling miner.

No info in the article (or related artics) itself.
At first I thought the "BJ" was a reference to a Korean city or something, since part of the event is Offline.
However, no particular city is mentioned within the article itself, PLUS I could NOT find a Korean city/town that starts with a B and has J somewhere further in the name. (like, FOR EXAMPLE... BaeJeun or something... lol)
...
THEN I noticed that the league has a significant presence of ... ... female competitors...
So... uh...
What's going on here?? :D
I bet there must have been a lot of ye olde scenario -- "let THEM score so YOU can score!! ;]]" -- type of situation... eheheh ;]]
Does anyone have any replays from the event ?? :))
.
I've always wanted to attend the event to watch pro SC2 live, but I always missed the ticket sales. The event organization seems very confusing to me, currently I see no information about SC2 at the event, but all tickets are already sold out.
How are people informed about the event, what are the official sources? Are there tickets sold separately for SC2, or if its fully sold out already when only CS is announced, then good luck getting in to SC2?
what the patch did was give Protoss another gimmick, a usefull one, but its still another gimmick and we still wont see protoss winning tournaments .
the buff to tempest was the closest we had this patch to a solid core unit upgrade but that was quickly removed.
what protoss requires is an upgrade to a base army unit, like stalker or zealot.
even making the calossus unable to be attacked by air to air units, would give the protoss army more power. (imo remove its HG vision and make it happen, why the heck its the only seige unit that gets done by this is beyond me).
TLDR - protoss needs a core unit buff or upgrade
(yes mothership got upgraded, but its a gimmick unit)
Played a few games today, was struck by how much I appreciate this game, and I thought I’d offer my thoughts on what makes this game so amazing:
Aside from a few derpy, stupid units like Ultras (although much less so than before), chargelots, and SCVs (they insist on constructing on the side of the wall where a probe can hit them). Everything in this game feels so damn fluid. Blink stalkers, warp prisms, MMM, ling bane. Each race has a core of units that are really fun to control and very responsive and powerful if you micro them well.
On a given day in masters league, I face such a variety of playstyles and approaches. Besides the fact that most of you play like giant pricks, it’s very interesting to see how people express themselves through the game.
You ever played one of those games where it starts off with a cheese or proxy, both sides come out battered but alive, and you end up in a crazy macro game with hundreds of workers slaughtered, multiple base trades, and it comes down to the final few units?
These are the games that make me cry or scream or rage, but they are also the games that make me laugh and pump my fist and subject myself to the pain of sc2 on a weekly basis. They don’t come often, but when you play one of those games you cant help but appreciate the unparalleled brilliance of this game.
Yeah there’s a few toxic assholes among us, but so many of you will GG even after a painful or close game. Lot of really smart and successful people play this game. Theres a lot of hilarious dudes as well. “Obiwan” chats you up in the early game acting all friendly and shit as he shamelessly expands with zero gas on pure drone queen. “Slammer” opens the game informing me that “slammer needs a bigger hammer.” “Watchout” says nothing at all but his name is fair warning that he is going to fly a prism around loaded with disrupters to make sure you’re paying attention.
Soon my days playing SC2 will be over. Life is taking me in new directions. But I’m gonna miss the game and the last few years I spent struggling to take MMR from you assholes.
GL HF out there bois
At the end of last season it was 3520 to become D2 in EU. I grinded all the way up and now this. Does this mean people are playing better? .. or worse? Or more/less people playing?
