I watch this show in early 2000s or late 90s. I remember that there were tasks like in Fort Boyard, but it was in jungle. 2 stages and 2 teams. They collected jems or ceramic idols - I didn't remember exactly. And probably it was made by french team.
I’m watching Switch, and I’m thinking to myself, what if they changed the order of revealing the answer, showing who got the answer right, and switching the placements.
In my head it would be:
Question Reveal who got it right Switch Reveal the answer
Do you think this creates more tension and flow or am I overthinking?
That’s all I wanted to say.
Signed up for our first Trunk or Treat and decided to build it up Whammy style.
Starting this past weekend, it was pre-empted in favor of "Hallowen Fright Fight". I thought that once Halloween came and went "Classic Concentration" would get its timeslot(s) back. But no, Buzzr had to be one of those who go straight into Christmas once Halloween ends and is now running the aforementioned home decorating contest's Christmas counterpart instead. I'm upset because 1. catching "Classic Concentration" on Buzzr was the only way to see Alex Trebek on streaming anymore (the "Jeopardy" channel/episodes being available on demand vanishing earlier in the year) and 2. if I do want to see home decorating shows in any way, I'd watch HGTV, not Buzzr.

Kirstie Alley on Match Game 74.
i remember loving the show during covid times, it was always so funny and was fun to watch when there was so little to do. it got cancelled right around the end of the pandemic (mid 2021) but lasted for 4 seasons. i think it could’ve lasted longer but due to ellen degeneres retirement it didn’t. i would love to see it reboot maybe with a different host but i always enjoyed it.
I had only seen gameshows, not much than that, I can see how much impact a Tv shows had impact on communities before, and I generally curious about why?

Hello,
I am hosting a party among friends soon and want to host a friendly quiz show type of game. While thinking about formats, I couldn’t help but notice that most of the quiz games that I am familiar with, (the ones where multiple contestants compete at the same time) pretty much rely on a participants speed and ability to raise their hand first/press a button first etc. Because some of the participants of my upcoming quiz game are disabled, I don’t want to disadvantage anyone by hosting a game that relies on said physical ability. Does anyone have a suggestion for a game type that I can then research further? Best case scenario is a type of quiz game that doesn’t require me purchasing a pre-existing game, as I’d like to have my own questions.
Thank you in advance :)
That game show had the big hourglass contain £50k in coins, they will be given 5 mins in total to done tasks and they have to spend that the right way. If not, its will cost them money. Final round, they have to mention 5 answer in top 10 answer to save all money they have left. That's all about the format of this gameshow that i remember. Does anybody knows this show's name.
Thank you so much.
Sorry if my vocab and grammar are not that good.
They are on back to back here and the only guests on both shows all season so far have been Melissa Petterman, Corbin Bleu and a rarity Headcrack (new Pictionary announcer). Seems like moving to GA killed these game shows.
I seem to remember there being an episode of a game show in which the host was so upset at the contestants inability to get questions right that he got rid of both of the contestants (I think it was a 2 contestant show) and told them to send out the next ones. I remember it being a show where multiple rounds/games could be played on the same episode and they would just start it up in the middle the next day if they had to stop. Does any one else remember such a thing?
Why does Countdown, and some but not all current/former international formats of "Des Chiffres et Des Lettres", have more letters games than numbers games?
Focusing on the UK programme... maybe I'm not thinking this through correctly, but it seems as though there are more points to be won in letters contests. Sure, numbers games award 10 for a perfect solution, but:
My only working theory is the producers deem the audience would get "exhuasted" by all the numbers games. Anything I'm missing?
Studio Lambert, makers of The Traitors, Squid Game: The Challenge, Gogglebox and Race Across the World are looking for the UK’s most persuasive, charismatic, and strategic people to take part in a brand-new social power play competition for a major network, with a large cash prize.

I am aware of the one from Jeopardy https://www.jeopardy.com/play/playshow has anyone played it ? how is the experience ?
any other shows which have such option ?
My family has watched 2 episodes now (didn't note which ones, sorry) where in the bonus round the contestants failed with only 2 strikes (compared to the typical 3 - premise being that, of 10 options, they pick the 5 correct before getting 3 wrong). The most recent time they had 4 correct before getting the 2nd strike, but I don't recall if that was the case the first time. Neither the host nor the contestants act differently than typical episodes and nothing about some other rule is ever mentioned, so my family and I are just perplexed as to why this has happened. Has anyone caught something we missed that would explain this?
The premieres of Celebrity Wheel of Fortune, Scamanda, Docuseries, Press Your Luck have been delayed until 2025 on ABC because of Monday Night Football being added to the schedule.
