Which of the Chasers from the UK have the scariest nicknames?

I have no memory of this ever happening, am I wrong?

For me, it’s Brad’s constant patronising tone to younger contestants. There was a 33 year old woman on the show the other day and he kept making comments like “before your time” and “a bit young for this” - ffs she’s a grown adult.

Just because someone is younger, doesn’t mean they can’t know of certain pop culture/history that happened before their time.

I was on the show during this time frame and have never been able to find it.

There must be a name for that kind of question, where the example given is one of a kind so you know the answer before the rest of the question is read out. What is it?

Edit: seeing as no one has a better idea, I’m going to start calling these “Banksys”

The latest instance is Jodie, who was the only one to get through to the final. She was very sweet, and perhaps not the most confident person. He teased her mercilessly and made her look stupid, escorted her weirdly to the chair like she was blind, and made her super uncomfortable. She was honestly really confused, but he kept going cause it made the audience and Daragh laugh.

It was pretty cruel really. Also kept mocking her mum, who also been on the show. Amd made weird jokes when she said she'd worked at McDonald's. Like he kept interrogating her and then it went nowhere. He qas nice to her at the end when she lost but that is not enough to make up for it.

Why is this allowed?

I wish Bradley would stop saying that chasers would definitely be hitting targets of 'X' amount whenever they win comfortably because I have seen games that have gone the other way when it looked like a chaser would easily win. I remember an earlier one where Anne was at 14 with 1.00 to go chasing a 17. And in the end she lost. Can you imagine if Anne chased a 14 and won these days with 1.00, Bradley would probably be saying she would be hitting a target of 28. Not always the case though. If I remember correctly in the 15th anniversary special Mark said that it looked like he was going to win at one point but it can go south with a couple of missed questions. It happens to teams as well. There are teams that do really well in the 1st minute and you can see they're in double digits with a minute or over a minute remaining but they don't do as well in the 2nd minute.

I cannot for the life of me find this clip, but I was watching an episode of the chase the other day and the dark destroyer answered the final question on the final chase by turning to the camera and saying “Adolf hitlaaaah!” Really weirdly. If anyone knows what episode this is or where I can find a clip that would be amazing!

I was wondering if The Chase, has been filming this year? ( not counting the recently announced Christmas specials). What about Tipping Point or Catchphrase? I haven't heard much. If they haven't, has it been due to the host's new jobs.

Bradley does have Gladiators . as for the Celebrity series, there are 5 episodes left of the most recent full series from 2022 and only Xmas specials this years. They're spreading the new episodes very widely.

Ben has This Morning and the latest series of Lucky Stars from 2022 should end shortly and they usually film a new series of that after they finish the proper regular series.

Stephen last taped Catchphrase in early 23 but now he's got Deal or No Deal and Dancing on Ice, now, so was wondering about that.

I am in Canada and I only see what I read on the web. I was just curious to know if three shows had been renewed for the future, regular or celebrity.
