I love my Squareback but man am I wishing this roof was just a little bit smaller right now. This thing is going to take me a while to smooth out but I really do think the Plastik Honey is making it easier. Have a good weekend out there folks!

There is still an overwhelming amount of work to be done, but all these little steps should add up. Lately I've been focusing on trying to maintain momentum. If I think back to where this car was a few years ago, it's definitely come a long way. Have a good day out there folks.

My goal is to get this car in paint this year! So far I've replaced the front clip, a new quarter pan, entire roof skin from a donor car, rear apron and now I'm chasing down dents and pinholes. Check out the video if you want to follow along. Hope everyone had a good week!

80s VW Rabbit, what's the problem with an automatic?
I've read some forums in the past where they made it clear to avoid rabbits from the 1970s, understandably. But one thing that was mentioned and they never explained was to completely avoid an automatic transmission. At the moment I've found a cheap one in my area in great condition, 1980s but it's an automatic. What's the true issue with them? I had no luck when doing some direct searches and hoped to get some answers here or referrals
