I have been in an electric brass band for a number of years now. Our line up is trumpet and trombone run through guitar pedals and into amps. We both use piezo barrels for our mics.
Hi! I've had a NuEVI (Berglund Instruments) for some time. Last year my band did a live session, which also marked my first serious attempt with the instrument. We've been dropping one video every month since nov last year, and we recently released the latest video in the series!
I really enjoy playing wind synth and it's a very fun alternative to the trumpet to add some variation, especially in this genre. Would love to hear your thoughts on the EVI, how it compares to the trumpet for you aso. For example, it took some time for me to be able to switch between the two.

Hope you enjoy!
