The racial and sexual themes in the movie are completely different. The different take the movie has on comedian and Rowrshack promotes right-wing violence. The way it slows down while he hurts the protesters, the physical powers give the hero’s reason for feeling morally superior to the comedians. Aussalt is depicted as natural because it’s visually represented as a rowrshack monologue about human nature. The scene where they rescue the people from the fire makes the people look more ethnic in the movie. The fact that Owl Man can get it up after this scene and the song Hallelujah plays is a metaphor for our intervention in the Middle East being led by Christianity. The part where he gets revenge on the therapist and at the end when he says “you used his psych profile,” the movie implies psychology holds back strong men and god. Adding in the lesbian line from Rowrshack is further anti-LGBT rhetoric. Ozzy giving the Alexander the Great speech in response to being asked about being a Commie implies that monarchy is better publicly than leftism. This is a paranoid reading not a serious analysis.
Hello all,
We wanted to give an update about some recent post/comments/user removals. In the last few months, we have seen a massive upscale in spam/bot accounts. Here and Reddit as a whole. While bot accounts have always been an issue, many subreddits have seen a massive uptick in the last year and it continues to grow daily. Once Reddit became public, they wanted to allow more traffic onto the site, because more traffic means more money. By doing so, they allowed their guards against bots to be more lenient, thus our current issue.
While we have ways of combatting bots, it’s not always successful. Some will slip through the automod and cause issues with other users. While we here are doing all we can, we also only have so much time on our hands in a given day to take care of it immediately.
We are asking for the community to help us out a bit more and for ways that you may be able to spot a spam or bot account.
If the user is fairly new or has extremely low karma, that is typically a telltale sign that they may be a bot account.
If the user is posting spam post or comments.
If the user is copying and pasting older post.
These are just a few of the possible signs of a bot account. While not all are 100%, it can give you a general idea of what to be looking for. If you believe the account/post/comment to be a bot account, this is how you can help us out.
Report them. Report. Report. Report. We cannot say this enough. Reporting the account helps us IMMENSELY!
Do not engage with them. Engaging only makes out work harder. Ignore them and report.
Report it to Reddit itself. Reddit has made changes since becoming public to allow more bots, as it’s more “traffic” in their minds, meaning more money. Inform Reddit that we are done with this nonsense.
This will not go away overnight. It will continue to get worse, as Reddit allows it to. While we and other subreddits are doing our best to right with Reddit about this, it tends to be a losing battle. At the end of the day, they only care about their bottom dollar and will do anything to continue to get it.
Thank you all for your understanding and support.
"I was in 'Deadpool & Wolverine.' I had two scenes in it. And then Ryan Reynolds fired me from the show because he said, 'I don’t like these scenes.' Now I’m suing Disney."
"I always talk about how much I hate Wolverine and Deadpool. I talk about it all the time. I also wish I’d just sit down and stop pushing my feminist agenda and just realize that ['Deadpool & Wolverine'] made a lot of money and ‘She-Hulk’ only made three dollars," Maslany continued. "That’s why they were getting rid of me because I had this woke agenda and I really wanted to bring it into the movie."
