I want a really attractive looking lip gloss that also makes me look attractive. I came across Etude Fixing Tint on Nykaa but it’s a little too expensive for me. I also liked Lamel’s lip gloss but the shade i wanted is out of stock for now. I want a similar or a better lipgloss (in terms of price, quality, look) Help ya girl out girlie pops!!!!!! :)
So has anyone tried the Topicals lip balm? My lips have been sooo dry lately and it’s been all over my socials so I want to try it but for $16 I’m open to trying something else if you have a suggestion. My medicated chapstick isn’t doing it for me anymore 😩
Hi! Has anyone managed to lighten their lips naturally? Or has anyone had lip blush/neutralisation done and would recommend it?
I used MAC Matchmaster 7.0 before it got discontinued and it was the perfect match for me. I’ve been using MAC Studio Fix in NC45 since but it has recently been looking very yellow on my skin. Is there a similar foundation I can find to MAC Matchmaster 7.0 with a natural not too cakey finish? Thanks in advance!
Update: I really like Dainty by mac
I have brown skin (south Asian). I am looking for a Barbie pink / bubblegum blush but can’t find a good shade. I didn’t like Patrick Ta’s blush. Got the baddie on the block Kylie blush but not loving it. Recommendations?
I took this video while getting ready to go to work ( I tried doing the Chinese lip makeup routine but I need brighter red/pink lipgloss
As a brown woman it’s hard to find lip products that don’t wash you out. I have compiled some recent purchases/ empties I have really liked. I don’t wear lipstick and prefer these since they are comfy to wear and it’s harder to make mistakes with them.
Hey ladies, I‘m a final year Uni student conducting a survey on colourism in the South Asian region. Your response is greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your valuable time.
Any suggestions on waterproof makeup that would be great for a Caribbean getaway? I have a good waterproof mascara but I'd like an eye shadow and liner at least.
hey y'all, I'm just getting started on my brown beauty journey.
Does anyone have recs on what to get started with for even skin + an extra "boost" to my face? For extra info: i have oily skin with some dry patches on my cheeks, occasional acne, and am looking to control any flareups.
thanks!!
Products used:
Foundation: color pop pretty fresh 170 n Concealer: colourpop pretty fresh 170 & 195 Blush and bronzer: nars Lipstick: violets fr petal bouche Mascara: essence lash Highlight: nyx born to glow Lashes: ardell wispies Eyeshadow palette: juvias place
I've been loving all these products recently and almost have enough to do a full face of just Black Owned Brands
I finally found a shade that works so well on me. It's the nyx lingerie XXL in "It's Hotter". It's a warm reddish shade and looks quite nice on my warm black skin. However, it's red. So it makes me look older. I naturally look older than my age (18), and I want to look younger. How do I choose colours/styles that make me look younger?
Where to find my brown beauty queen?
I’m looking for a good translucent powder that won’t cause flash back in pictures any recommendations
i don’t understand what happened. i have always been a skinny girl with thick thighs, like huge thighs. never had a problem with discoloration or hyperpigmentation down there. i am an afro latina, for reference. the last few months ago i noticed slightttt darkening but it wasn’t anything crazy. i said no problem and used the vitamin c i had bought for my face. it only burned my thighs and made them worse overnight.
can yall recommend anything to lighten them that won’t burn my inner thighs or be irritating? this thing has plummeted my confidence and idk what to do with this overnight issue.
Any product recommendations for a eye pencil or eye shadow that could be used on someone with a darker complexion? They all end up looking grayish on me
I keep certain makeup (which is what is pictured) at the bottom of my purse because im always late to something and never have time to do makeup at home
