Hey there ! So about a year and half ago I got a free Sephora sample and got the Tarte Sea Glowtion. Immediately loved it and purchased one. Long story short can’t find it anywhere ( I guess it’s discontinued 😭) and need help finding a dupe !!! Thanks in advance
I am looking for a tried and true, first hand experience of a lipstick or stain or SOMETHING that stays put. I'm ttalking through dinner, through drinks, through the cute and through the sloppy - if you catch my drift. I'm tired of reapplying, straight up misses, flakey stuff after a couple hours. I want a dang near permanent lipstick.
Hit me with it.
My boyfriend has a beard and likes to kiss ALL OVER my face. Naturally within ten minutes of hanging out with him I’m practically bare faced. I’ve given up any hope of lip liner and gloss staying on but the foundation part is killing me. Any products or tips to prevent this?
So I have cool-pink undertones and iv heard a reddish bronzer can look really natural on cool undertones, is this true? Because most bronzers look either extremely orange or it just looks like contour. If you reddish bronzer doesn’t work well, do you have any tips?
Not the best of makeup but I’m still learning what suits me and all. I struggle with hyperpigmentation and I’ve been told I look like a guy a lot so any tips on how to look more “feminine”? I have no idea where to place blush!
This is my daily look, just eyebrows done. Charlotte Tilburg flawless filter with some concealer. Added little bronzer and blush and a lip gloss.
Also have mascara on but hiding eyes for privacy 😎 appreciate any feedback!
You never realize how much you use until you have to list it🤣 Base: •e.l.f. Power grip primer • colourpop pretty fresh concealer in 90w medium •it cosmetics cc+ nude glow in light medium Face: •e.l.f. halo glow contour wand in light/medium •e.l.f. Putty blush in Turks and Caicos •e.l.f. HD soft luminance powder •morphe continuous setting mist Eyes: •benefit goof proof eyebrow pencil in 4.5 •maybelline sky high mascara in blackest black •NYX epic wear waterproof in black •morphe Lisa Frank palette 35B •maybelline tattoo studio gel liner in black Lips: •kosas wet lip oil in unbuttoned
What’s a cheaper alternative for the Lancôme tient 24h wear in the shade 095 ivory? It’s a lil pricey now for me to buy and I’d love to just pick up a shade really close to it at Walgreens without the hassle of having to exactly color match myself.
So I am currently recovering from chickenpox (Day 11 and all the lesions had dried over). I am wondering if I should throw out all the makeup products I used two days prior my first chickenpox lesion appeared. My doctor said there's no need to do so, but it's better safe than sorry. Do I have to throw out all of them or can I atleast just disinfect my eyeshadow palettes and lipsticks? Also may i ask if it's fine that I'm using miscellar water on my face? My face had been gross the first few days of my infection, full of sebaceous filaments, so now that it had dried over I thought it would be fine for me to use one. Should i stop? Is it harmful? When can i start applying Petroleum jelly on the lesions? Thank you for anyone who can answer.
So I had a strange idea, but don't know if anyone has tried to use an invisable lip pencil ontop of a stain like a sealer?
I've tried sealers and haven't had much luck and even long wearing stains don't last as long.
I'm thinking as invisible liners are waxy and stop bleeding/budging this might create a seal.
Does anyone have any recs for creamy and waxy invisible liners that last a long time? Preferably budge proof. Thanks :-)
I am always on the hunt for a good long-lasting lipstick that I don’t have to reapply at work. Some last longer than others but nothing has literally lasted all day. UNTIL NOW.
Yesterday at 8am I applied UD’s Vice Lip Bond Glossy Longwear Liquid Lipstick in the shade OG Backtalk. I then proceeded to have one of the most chaotic high-stress workdays of my entire life. I barely had time to eat my lunch and there was definitely no time to touch up my makeup afterwards.
At 4:30 pm I looked in the mirror and was astonished by what I saw. My lipstick looked absolutely flawless. I mean it literally looked as if I’d JUST applied it. It wasn’t even matte, it still had the same faint glossy sheen that it had when I applied it at 8am.
By the time I removed my makeup at 11 pm, even though it didn’t look quite as fresh and perfect anymore, the color hadn’t faded at all and it still looked great.
I feel it’s my duty to spread the word about this miraculous product. How is this even possible??
Looking back it was probably too low key 😅

Hello!
I recently started my first big girl job and I need help perfecting my makeup routine for work. So far I have a Glossier Stretch Fluid Foundation. What other products/brands do you recommend? I have really oily skin and I’m hoping there’s some makeup that can help with that. I appreciate all advice/tips/anything!
All powder formulas so I wasn’t worried about them being expired, and none had been touched or broken into! (The lipstick obviously isn’t powder but it was also sealed up tight, I swatched it after purchase and it was in perfect condition!)
I finally bought a setting spray- Elf All Nighter. I have used it a number of times and don’t really feel like it does anything. I spray a generous amount after I finish my makeup, but it doesn’t make it last any longer from what I can tell. What does everyone think?
Hii beauties! 🩷
I am needing some affordable makeup recommendations for mature skin! My mom is interested in getting into makeup to help lift her spirits during a challenging time.
I would love to know what your favorite products are for mature skin and any tips!
