I was wondering if anyone knew of some guitar shops in or around Atlanta that would hire a beginner guitar luthier. I’ve done most of all my work on my guitar and bass. But I really don’t have the money to buy more instruments to work on nor the tools required to do so. All info is greatly appreciated!

I'm looking to find a good Runners Park Near Decatur. I've recently gotten into distance running and did my first Half. I trained for it at Brook Run (1.7 mile loop). I recently moved closer to Decatur so I'd love to find something closer. I prefer a loop so I can take breaks and hydrate at my car, lots of shade and relatively flat are big plusses. Thanks for any tips or recommendations on where I can move my training!

I spilled a bunch of wine under the front passenger seat, got most of it cleaned up with a shop vac and carpet cleaner but would like to take the car to a detailer to get it done right. Does anyone have any recs for a good detailer? ITP / east side spots preferred. Thanks!

Anyone have a favorite 5k race they recommend in Atlanta or the surrounding area?

I would like to run it in winter or early spring - and would prefer to find one with either a scenic course or fun atmosphere!

I’m looking for a new vet for my dog. I previously used Brookhaven Animal Hospital and like them, but found them to be a little pricey and also no longer live in that area. My dog is healthy so it’s basically just maintenance stuff; office visit charges, vaccinations, Heartworm tests, etc. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good but affordable vet? I’ve used Banfield a couple times before and didn’t really like them, they’re also not much cheaper than I was already paying. Thanks in advance!

Also know as Spaghetti All’Assassina. It’s basically pasta cooked in sauce rather than water and then browned or scorched. The result is a flavorful, spicy dish. I found a recipe and tried it at home and it was killer.

Hey, we're driving down from Chattanooga, and looking for dresses that would be good for wedding. It will be on the conservative side as it'll be held at church so no minis or short sleeve. I'm having difficulty finding someone in the Atlanta area who knows how to repair electric appliances, not just offer to replace them. I have a gas pool heater that keeps blowing 2.5 amp fuses. I suspect there's a short somewhere causing the fuses to blow. Replacement is $5,000. I really don't want to pay that if the issue can be fixed by simply tracking down what is shorting out and replacing that component.

The heater is a Jandy JXi Natural Gas Heater 260,000 BTU-JXI260N
