Did anyone have success this year?
Found this bottle at Rome Liquor yesterday. Not a big tequila guy but this bottle is definitely hard to pass. Very very allocated and so rare to even see in Georgia.
Headed to Nashville for the weekend.
Any must try places other than Nashville Barrel Company?
Any good stores? Thanks!
Looks like every store is dropping stuff today or tomorrow - Dans, corks and caps, mega all posted today. Hopefully there will be some good stuff this weekend too.
Peerless double oak is at TW Alpharetta along with Four Roses single barrels OESO, OESK, and OBSF.
Looking for a great bourbon bar and restaurants Hyatt regency on peachtree? Thanks in advance
Is anyone going to Taphouse next week? If so I have around 8000 points do you think I can get anything?
Going for a sales conference next week, any good tips for stores there?
Thanks
Been hearing a lot about this brand. Anyone know of stores with non finished picks or a bar with some to try.
Has anyone seen this on the shelf or behind the counter anywhere in Atlanta yet? It's available online at a few places but trying to find it local if possible.
I have been a local bourbon hater recently in many groups. Just don’t think many are with the price/gimmicks. I’ve been to ASW, Distillery of Modern Art and others. I visited Shortbarrel recently and they changed my mind. This might be the best cigar blend on the market for the price.
Does anyone have any good spots in Savannah/Pooler that wouldn't mind sharing. I have been to Pooler Package and it was pretty good for the size of the place.
Found this sitting on the shelf for $130!! What a crazy find. It was at a package store 30min south of ATL
1 more bottle on the shelf at Tower Buckhead.
I’m about to see what all the hype’s about.
Just saw a few of these at Sherlock’s in East Cobb. $119
Just got an email from Woodford the double double oaked is now a national release and a 700ml bottle now.
Not sure if it has hit here yet but if anyone sees it and doesn’t mind sharing I’d appreciate a heads up. Been trying to get that bottle for years.
Hi, all! I'll be traveling to the National Championship in a few weeks. I'm from Ohio and have heard that Eagle Rare is much easier to find in ATL than in my home state. Do you have any suggestions for stores on the North side of ATL (or outskirts) that have a good selection of store picks and a possibility to purchase ER? Thank you!
Stay safe out there whiskey friends. And crack a bottle to stay warm!!
Heading out of town tomorrow Saturday, and going by total wine, tower and corn n keg. Worth stopping by one of them?
Wife wants it y’all seen it?
I'm sure no one is willing to give up there favorite liquor store for fair price allocated bourbon but can anyone give tips on hunting for bourbon. For instance do you only go to shops that looks a certain kind of way, only go to stores thats in rural area, do you all actively try to establish a relationship with the store owner? Anything will help. Thanks.
Price is $195 ish
Has anyone tried this yet? I see tower now has a single barrel. It’s distilled in KY, which I found interesting
Not sure I’ve ever seen the knob 18 outside of maybe a big drop at a store. Out in the wild on the shelf is kinda cool.
Got a Total Wine gift card for Christmas and was wondering what the general consensus was on Total Wine barrel picks at Kennesaw or Alpharetta? Are they actually picking them or are they selected for them? Is it worth me buying a pick or just getting standard shelf items?
Who’s going?
Solid list. Hoping everyone has to work tomorrow….
Just saw Max Beverage post a Stagg on insta. Can’t make it over today, but what are their prices typically like?
Small batch, single barrel, and rye all there! Just wanted to spread the word :)
