Found growing in my pitcher plant (in sphagnum moss)

My plant sits in a windowsill. I rarely open the window and it has a screen so idk what this could be or how it got there.

Hi! My grandpa needs help with identifying this plant.

Hi all! My grandpa moved this plant from his wild garden from the countryside to his balcony in the city. For the first time in many years it bloomed, and he was surprised and would like to know what plant it is. I know the quality is not th3 best, sorry.

Is this wolfsbane?

Just closed on a new house, Colorado (6a), and this is all over the yard. Any chance this isn’t super toxic? Need to wait for the flower to be sure?

What is this leaf / root / vegetable?

I was at farmers market and grabbed this interesting bushel and saw the name but later on it slipped my mind.

Please help me find what it is so I can find a good recipe to use with it.

It’s the one on the left of the bowl with long leaves and thin white tubers or whatever those are.

Sierra Nevada foothills, CA: grows about 4-5 inches in open fields, entire plant is soft and pliable and the seed pods aren't annoying stickers. Plant app keeps saying it's ground pine, which it definitely isn't. Three petals at the end of that white tubular part.
