Hi all,
I recently played an intro game of warmaster at PAX Melbourne, had an absolute blast, and am now in posention of a small high elf army as a result.
I have run into an issue though, it looks like it will be almost impossible to paint a stand of infantry once they are glued onto a base.
Normally I would put my little plastic men onto a base, texture the base with sand, prime then paint. That obviously won't work at this scale.
How does everyone else do this for Warmaster? When/how do you base at this scale?
Thanks all, any help appreciated
Hey gang, my hobby group has recently started building our armies for Warmaster and I am getting involved. I have extremely limited knowledge of the game, and have only found a few videos that kind of explain it online.
Is there any good resources like cheat sheets, condensed rules books or really anything else you could suggest to make it a bit more digestable?
Thanks so much.

Hi everyone
I am looking for some advice for an warmaster army building project. I am looking to build a thematic "bandit" army. The army itself is going to be mostly humans but maybe some ogres too. I am looking for advice on what rules would be best suited for representing this army.
My first thought was to use the dogs of war list, but I do not think pikemen would be suitable for a force of mostly bandits.
Since orcs don't have major stats differences (in terms of strength/toughness from warhammer fantasy as compared to a human), I also thought about using the orc list. I think it might represent the more chaotic aspect of a bandit army, and/or their lack of access to highly advanced equipment like cannons.
I am open to suggestions or advice.
Thank you.
Maybe my search skills suck but it seems every seller I’ve found(on Etsy) are from outside the US. I can order from another country if I have to but I’d like to save in the shipping if there is someone in the US. Any suggestions?
Hello, been tryng to dip into the game and wondering what are 2-4 faction that balanced to play with each orther and those faction have a diffrend feel to play with.
Wanna test it with some friend (1000pt) and i dont want any faction that are more op than the rest.
After looking at the revolution rules and how well put together it is I’ve decided I want to start playing. I’ve found plenty of great models to use for the game but I’m stumped with what I would use for Albion models, does anyone have any suggestions?
Hi all. A group of friends want to get into warmaster but it’s new to me. What would be a ‘go to’ undead list?
Many thanks
Like the title says, I found a bag of the old metal, Empire objective markers (or maybe they're wound markers?) from the early 2000s. I haven't been able to find much info on these. Are they still useful? Worth anything?

I am looking for a good Nurgle STL file pack, I am not a fan of Tordo, so which others are there?

Do we have any o this variants?
Thanks in advance.
Edit: Found what i was looking for. >)
Hi all, I was aiming to do a somewhat balanced Empire army with a little bit of everything (except a Steam Tank). Would love some feedback/ideas with regard to this list. Would it be better to reduce the number of ranged troops and increase the melee infantry? More Knights?
