Howdy! Dose anyone play epic or amegodon on table top simulator and would be willing on showing me the ropes?
40k in this tiny format looks so cool! So curious where I should start to learn and or get models. I can 3d print stuff but wouldn’t mind picking up some actual models thanks in advance!
Just got to play my first full game of Epic Armageddon. I was quite nervous about how crunchy vs game progression it would be. (1500 pts v 1500 pts skirmish)
Even with learning the rules it was only 2.5 hrs or so, still got to throw buckets of dice, game flowed incredibly well! (even got a tank charge in)
I think this was a lot more fun than 40K, it felt like it had way less downtime. (Last played 8th ed)
Definitely need to rethink my army builds, got shredded by manticores turn 1.
So I finally finished Satisfactory 1.0 and I am getting back to work on the scanning. Here are the 2nd Edition buildings. I must admit I am not happy with these scans. The scanner had a lot of trouble with the areas between the pegs and the walls of the buildings. I did my best to try to clean them up. But it would take someone with better 3D editing skills than my own to clean them up. But I think they should be functional. The walls are in the building folder along with the roofs. You want the PDF file for the walls. There set up to print on a color printer. Then you could mount them on plastcard or some card

I'm wrapping up a 3k steel legion army, how do people generally feel about base painting? I know the official GW policy is that bases must be done, but I could go either way on it. Since EA is a 'dead' ruleset it may not matter much, but I wanted to get peoples thoughts.
(For the record a nice situational base definitely looks nice to me, but I also see the appeal of my own laziness/not having a fireteam lugging a patch of land with them) edit-thanks for all the advice! got some technical paint and started basing, looks wonderful.
