Necromunda is a skirmish tabletop war game produced by Games Workshop.
In Necromunda, players control rival gangs battling each other in the Underhive, a place of anarchy and violence in the depths below the Hive City. As in its parent game Warhammer 40,000, play uses 28 mm miniatures (approximately 1:65) and terrain (in this case a heavily polluted cityscape).
Being a skirmish game, gangs are usually limited to around 10 models, but as a result game play can become more detailed. Unlike Warhammer 40,000, Necromunda also allows players to develop their gangs between battles, gaining experience, adding new members or equipment, according to a set of rules.
Gangs which frequently win games acquire more credits (money) and fewer injuries and so are able to grow throughout a campaign.

I waited so long to make this conversion happen. Helot chaos cult leader - gamagogue for Necromunda. The Mask. I wanted him to start with chainsword and add cursed blade after, and I bought warCry box especially for him. The pose, the mini itself is gorgeous. I'm usually quite rational with buying Games Workshop kits, but it is special occasion. Wdyt?
I was hoping to use a Kroot bounty hunter for my campaign, but I was wondering if it'd be too tall? I planned on giving it the kroot long rifle as one would, but also a chameleonic cloak so would it being too tall for most cover matter too much? Thank you for your responses in advance!
Sidenote - why is everything right handed in 40k?

Hello, new to necromunda and first time poster. I bought the Spyrer box as my first gang as I loved the models, but have a question about how augmentations work, specifically on the Orrus hunter. Both bolt launchers seem to be seperate weapons, so when you choose to upgrade them as a hunting rig augmentation do you have to upgrade each one seperately or does the augmentation apply to both weapons? Thanks :)
Is there a limit to how many champions can be in your gang? If so where can I find this rule?
I was wondering what people's thoughts on building the Osgiliath Ruins for Necromunda are, with the new box on pre-order. It's got multi-level structures with stairs and railings, and the potential to add in bridges and assemble the more complex multi-level structures common to Necromunda.
Like, take a look at this Warhammer Community article: https://www.warhammer-community.com/en-gb/articles/ek1JCMeL/we-sent-one-hobbyist-100-sprues-of-osgiliath-ruins-and-he-built-a-whole-city/
It's a big table with a lot of terrain, but it looks like something that could plausibly exist on Necromunda and be used for Necromunda gameplay. I know the saying "Every model is a Necromunda model", but how do people feel about extending that to terrain as well?
I am new to the game and I can't tell if I am missing something, am I allowed to only run two in my helot cult or can I run 2 attached to each character as long as I spend the credits?
I’m brand new to Warhammer, and was introduced to Necromunda today and am curious how one could possibly include/play with flesh hounds or canines. I know there are cybermastiffs - I’m super interested in putting together something that could incorporate one or the other (or both) if possible! Again, I know almost nothing about this so just seeing if it is possible.
I've got a basic starting leader that I like the model of but is equipped with two handed axe and stub pistol.
I want to make a fancier version to represent a later campaign version of my leader, with better wargear and more armour.
I also want todo something more unique/kitbashed with this model but I'm not really sure what todo and don't really have a ton of ideas.
So if people could share pictures of any Cawdor leaders that they're proud of, particularly more unique models that'd be awesome.
Is this what its like painting ginormous primaris marines?
We’ve just started our first campaign with vehicles and are still getting our heads around a lot of the vehicles rules (or trying to).
As far as I can gather, in a rolling roads scenario, models that are “left behind” (caught in the back 8” of the board at the end of the road) need to roll an injury die, and then (if they survive) make an intelligence test to see if they can rejoin the battle.
How does this work with vehicles? We had this happen to one vehicle a couple of times, and rolled the vehicle injury dice, but the outcomes seemed almost insignificant. With a passed intelligence test, the vehicle was redeployed with almost no consequence.
Did we just get favourable results on the dice, or have stuffed something up?
After reading in the recap that this sub only has 4 mods, I wanted to say thank you. You are doing a great job. Keep on going and making this sub a grim dark place in the underhive ;).
As the title may suggest, I am looking to get into Necromunda and was wondering how many guys I would need. I wanted to get the palatine enforcer patrol and the palantine enforcer tauros venator and I want to know if that is a good start.
I received some great feedback from the community here about gluing terrain together or not. In the end, I decided to go with the State Of Play method. After gluing some of the walls in the configurations he recommended I'm left with these vents and caps. Does anyone glue these on their walls? They all stick out too far and do not allow another wall to fit up against the wall the vent is glued to. I like the ones on the left because they don't stick out too far but you only get a few of them.
