For all things Mordheim. Visit Broheim.net for files, resources, etc.
Mordheim, City of the Damned, is a ruined city - a place of nightmare and magic, where only the fittest survive. Players control rival gangs of bounty hunters who fight each other to win territory, treasure and power.
Mordheim is a tabletop game produced by Games Workshop. It is a skirmish variant of the company's popular Warhammer Fantasy game set on a smaller scale with players fielding 15-20 models each, rather than the 150-200 models allowed in Warhammer Fantasy.
Mordheim was chiefly written and developed by former Games Workshop employee Tuomas Pirinen.

So years ago I played a campaign with friends and one of the warbands used was Pitfighters.
We're looking to play again soon and are currently looking at warbands. We can't for the life of us find a specific rule around fighting bare handed. Think it was called "Pugilism" but can't find the rule anywhere.
Any help from the community would be awesome, cheers in advance.
Looking for a few to use for kitbashing a gang.
hi, are there any people here that play Mordheim and live in Ghent, Belgium?
The Captain of my mercenary warband was killed, and leadership now passes to a Champion.
The state (p78) "you may not hire a new leader for the warband"
Does this mean one can re-hire a Captain for 60gc, but that they're just not the leader, or, that you cannot rehire a hero that would be the designated leader at the beginning of a campaign?
Hi, i'm happy to share my first kickstarter project, this campaign is a starting of a big project think for Mordheim and warhammer...

The Liche in the restless dead can gain wounds by consuming treasure, but I can't find what they actually count as in mordheimer.
Rule: A Liche can perform spells that, with the consumption of D3 Treasures, can give the Liche a permanent +1 Wound on their starting profile. This can only be used in between battles and cannot be used if the Liche searches for rare items or was put out of action in the previous battle. If the warband does not have enough Treasures to complete the spell, then the Treasures are consumed anyway and the Liche does not gain the Wound.
I was playing a casual game and I roll for the Fooled Ya! Spell for my Orc Shaman. I cannot think on how to use this spell in any way other than protecting my Orc Shaman, but also, since I need to cast the spell to protect him he cannot shoot, so I need to cast it only to get the Charge in the next turn? Sounds rather useless considering this is a simple Shaman
Work in progress. Hope to complete this this weekend.
Hello Mordheim Community,
Is the jester model supposed to be the Tainted one? I am assembling it now and noticed that it is hard to make it match with the Blessings of Nurgle rule, as the Jester model is quite chill and almost low-key. Is there any other model you would perhaps recommend?
The lance / mace combo in the image wouldn't work neither, as lance / spears now don't allow dual wielding, I am correct? Or perhaps missing something.
Thanks and many Nurgle blessings for you,
Shout out to migori miniatures for the great STL files
Hello me again. Looking for good alternatives for zealots as I thought it would be a good idea to build a witch hunter band to fight my undead
As the title states, can carts and Wagons move backwards or are they only able to move fowards?
Thanks!
I've been slowly collecting the OG Witch Hunters over the past 18 months and am almost in a position to start assembling and basing. How do most people approach the old slotta bases? I'd prefer to leave the minis intact , but it feels like it will limit what I can do on the bases. Do most people just snip off the tab and pin them? Any good tutorials out there?
[Edit: to clarify, not looking for slotta bases, but how to get a good result using them.]
