Are oat groats the same as hulled oats? Reason I ask is I can buy a bag of hulled oats from a farm supply store for a lot less than a bag of oat groats from a health food store.
I hope this doesn’t ‘yuck anyone’s yum’… for all I know it might be delicious. And I often depravedly eat it dry, by the spoonful.
I used the recipe from Woon Heng with a few modifications/substitutions. Highly recommend. My house smelled like a Vietnamese restaurant and it was just delightful.
I'm personnaly not vegan, but I'm a good cook and if I say so I need to know how to cook anything.
