Anyone else seen these figures? First time I saw one was in 2018. I was with a group of friends in a hill while the sun was setting in. We took a picture, as we posed I saw an owl flying towards our direction. No one noticed the owl and when I followed its direction up the hill I saw a skinny 7ft tall dark human figure with a hat slowly walking up the hill. When I alerted my friends I turned back and nothing was there. Today I was driving in the Santa Monica mountains where accidents usually happen. I saw a human like shadow crossing the road and when slowed down to see who it was I saw no one. It’s pretty dark, I saw this on an empty canyon no houses nor business around just trees and rivers. I know people bike, hike and do all sorts of activities in the hills if anyone has had paranormal or weird experiences like this comment I’d like to know.
