I've recently picked up my first handgun, and was wondering where everyone thinks the best place around for training would be? Of course I'll want to take a CCW class and get my permit, even with our constitutional carry. But I'm wondering where would be a good place for higher level classes? The few indoor ranges near me don't even allow holster draws. I'm located in Fort Myers, but I wouldn't be opposed to driving as far as Naples or maybe North Port if the classes are worth it.
Can we please move on from the Carmine Marcino commercial. It’s on every 5 mins during the news. Getting as bad as Billy Fuccillo!
Hi everyone!
I am coming from Jax and renting a boat for the day. I’ll be able to go anywhere near Gordon’s pass. I have fished there before and ran to the wrecks and caught snapper / snook / cobia with threadfins.
This time, I want to stay inside the inlet and fish flats/ inshore for snook, reds, trout, blacktips etc. I prefer not to run toooo far.
Is someone able to give me some pointers? I’m not asking for exact spots because I know how that works (I’m a fisherman). But, can you share ANY insights like tides, baits, patterns, etc?
I’m just trying to spend the day wisely and not trying to figure it out since I’m only there for the day. TIA
Heading down to Marco with former college football teammates. 7 single and 2 committed/no fun guys, looking to blow off some steam. What are the best bars to hang out in? Best place for single ladies? Any girls trips coming to Marco soon?
I am trying to find places to cool down and take my dog swimming during the hot summer months here in SWFL. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Any Ideas?
I know some Bears bars, but I think that they are all on cable with NFL package.
Bonita or Estero- maybe Downtown FM or Naples- best .
Thanks all

It’s from pet friendly home, and used in guest bedroom. Even though it’s several years old, it hasn’t been slept on much. Has a few small spots, but can be cleaned or just throw mattress cover on it.
I am looking for a companion for my mom. Not wanting to pay crazy fees, only reasonable adoption fee. Please contact me in the comments
Hi everyone,
I’m considering a move to Bonita Springs, Florida, and I’m looking for some insights from locals or anyone familiar with the area. My daughter will be starting high school next year, and my son will be going into 4th grade, so I’d love to hear about the schools in the area.
My wife and I are both in our late 30s to early 40s (39-41 years old). We previously lived in Destin, Florida, and we love Florida in general. After some research, we’ve found that Bonita Springs is growing quickly, with the population increasing rapidly. We are definitely moving and starting our business somewhere between Fort Myers and North Naples, specifically a Christian Brothers Automotive, which is a full-service car repair shop.
School Quality: How are the public schools? Any recommendations or experiences you can share regarding high schools and elementary schools in Bonita Springs? We’re particularly interested in the difference between Collier County schools and those in Bonita Springs.
Community and Families: Are there many families in our age group? We’re looking for a community where we can connect with other families and make friends. We like the idea of getting into a younger, growing community, which is why Bonita Springs is intriguing.
Growth and Development: Is Bonita Springs continuing to grow? Are there new developments or amenities being added that might make it an attractive place to live? Population density is something we have to consider, but so is growth.
Things to Do: What’s the family-friendly vibe like? Are there parks, recreational activities, or events that cater to families and children? We noticed North Collier Regional Park and the soccer fields, which is great since both of our kids are soccer players.
Soccer Programs: Both kids are looking to play in college, so having a competitive soccer program for school and club is a must. I have some knowledge of the soccer clubs in the area but less knowledge about the school soccer teams. What can you tell me about the soccer programs in the area?
Nightlife and Date Nights: Are there good bars or nightlife options for date nights? Where do people our age typically go out on the weekends?
Any advice, experiences, or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help!
