BE RESPECTFUL to others. Bigotry of any kind, trolling, raiding rival subs are all instabans. |
Do not spam your own website/blog or sell merch without prior mod approval. Selling tickets to games is not allowed. |
Reposts/low-effort/low-content/upvote posts are subject to removal. Simple questions or thoughts should go in the daily/weekly threads. |
Nobody cares about your fantasy team or what you did in Madden, don't make individual posts about it. |
Going to other NFL team subreddits and trolling will be met with a temporary ban or permanent ban, depending on the severity. Be civil. |
POSTING GUIDELINES |
---|
(1) All news posts shall be a direct link from the source. They shall be sourced with author's name in brackets eg. " [Name of Reporter] 'Title of tweet/article'". Titles shall not be editorialized or misleading. All other posts should have clear and concise titles. |
(2) Posts need to have some level of quality, and cannot be reposts. Text posts require at least 50 words in the body as a quality minimum; simple questions or often discussed topics should go in the daily discussion threads. |
(3) Memes are allowed 24/7, however the moderators have the discretion to remove "low effort" memes. This could be low resolution memes, reposted memes, or for any other reason. If you believe your meme was not low effort and was removed, please contact the moderators. High Quality Gifs are an exception to this rule, due to them being high quality by default. |
(4) "Facebook" type posts are only allowed as individual posts from Friday to Gametime. This includes pictures of merchandise, pictures of yourself in Chiefs gear, pictures of dogs in Chiefs gear, and things of that nature. During the week these are only allowed in the Daily Discussion posts. |
(5) "X fan here" posts are not allowed. If you want to say something to Chiefs fans, do so in post game threads or the daily discussion threads. |
(6) No unauthorized giveaways. As much as we all would love free tickets, it is impossible to verify the authenticity and follow-through of any transaction. If you have a compelling reason why your giveaway should be allowed, please reach out to the mods first for approval. |

hello chiefs fans, even though we just won the bowl last year, but ever since Eric Bieniemy left our offense just have not felt the same at all. He’s left the commanders and now is coaching in college, why don’t we bring him back? With our roster as talented it is on paper, our team just feels so underwhelming when we should be blowing teams out.
I was listening to the Matt Verderame show on Patreon. He’s usually a no nonsense guy and I really like his takes. He was saying he doesn’t really see them trading him but was saying if the dolphins say they want a 1st and 3rd we should absolutely do it. Just wanted to know your thoughts on it? I know it’s hypothetical but I would be okay with that trade. We are talking about a three peat and a guy who was voted 1 on the top 100. His contract is cheap for the first two years and he’s an absolute game changer.
Does anyone know what NA options are available at Arrowhead other than soda and bottled water? I know Busch Stadium has Topo Chico sparkling water options available at a couple specific stands so hoping Arrowhead has a similar option. I quit drinking a few years back and sparkling/seltzer water is very very helpful for me. Thanks in advance
Me and my buddy are long time season ticket holders. There are three of us who always tailgate every game and I was wondering if a person or two would wanna join and enjoy the music and tailgate Arrowhead vibes with us?
Eat, drink, and be merry before the game and make a friend or three.
I have been noticing people aren't so fond of him, why is that? People don't seem to like him for whatever reason. You'd think that watching all his youtube videos on his youtube channel, a person would think his liked by alot of people but it don't seem that way, is it because his been playing horribly on the field? People don't seem to care about sky, the way people care about the other players on the team. Don't come for me I just wanna know why, it's been on my mind so I thought I'd share with y'all.
I'm thinking of going to KC for the playoffs and I am wondering if anyone in the past 2 seasons has had any trouble booking an Airbnb for the Glory Run?
We've been a defensive team since the start of 2023. We now have a 24 game sample. This isn't a post to complain and bitch. Just trying to add some perspective here. This is what we are now. Time to embrace it because this an identity we must embrace given the current construction of our roster.
We are closer to the early 2000s Patriots right now than we are to the 2007 Patriots or the 2018 Chiefs. And I say that may even be preferable. Strong defense and timely offense.
If you have an elite Quarterback it might be a better use of resources to beef up your defense. Looks like we've said Mahomes, you have a solid interior O-Line so the pocket shouldn't collapse immediately, but the rest of the offense is on you. 35 year old TE and a rookie 165 pound receiver. Rookie and 2nd year Left Tackle. It's all on your shoulders. Hard to disagree with the results. By asking Mahomes to do more with less we can build a more dominant defense given draft and salary cap capital is finite.
Sucks to see Rice go down. That just means next man up.
Talk about the Chiefs, football in general, or whatever else you want.

For the record, I've only been following the NFL as a whole for like five years. Those of you who have been around longer, have other successful teams dealt with the equivalent of this "kAnSaS cItY rEfS" crap I see all over the place on social media anymore or is this unique to us for some reason?
In recent years a lot of the focus has been on teams like the Bills, Bengals and Ravens for obvious reasons, but what I've seen less of is discourse over our regular season division rivals!
So between the Chargers, Broncos, Raiders, who do you hate losing to the most and why? Do you see any of them toppling us this season or future seasons?

have the chiefs had more talented/memorable running backs then most other teams? I was watching Kareem highlights today and remember how much promise and how good he was. It got me thinking to all the other backs we’ve had, Jamal Charles, Priest Holmes, Hunt, Okoye, Larry Johnson, a sprinkle of Markus, and a fresh Pop to top it off. What’s another team that has had good backs? Niners?
Lets hear it. Mental strength as in something serious? Or physical strength as he has avoided something serious?
