It’s time I finally drew toji. I was afraid of messing up the sketch when I inked it but I just kinda went for it and hoped for the best haha
The arm and sword, which has an awesome cleaver style design, coming out of confines of the panel elevates the weapon’s gnar. Bet it smells something rancid too
Mahito loses, also coloured.

So I decided to make a full and in depth chase for Junpei which I thought up an idea for in a previous post a few weeks back. Thought it'd be cool to lay out a scene like this.
The moment Junpei makes a run for it from Mahito down the hallway is when our chase begins. Mahito bashes Yuji against a nearby wall and chases after him. Yuji would have to recover and try going after them in an effort to save Junpei.
Junpei would run down a hall to his left, his silhouette at first covered in shadow but becoming more clear. But as Mahito turns the corner we see him shrouded in the shadows as he laughs. Mahito throughout the chase would view this as a personal game, seeing Junpei as a fun experiment and toy to play with while Junpei is for once really fearing for his life. It'd also be fun if he used his ability to morph his body occasionally to further increase the fear factor of this chase.
As Mahito gets closer Junpei rushes into a classroom, going through the sliding door into the front of the room and slamming it behind him. He'd look back as he runs and sees Mahitos's arm extending out like it did when he earlier pinned Yuji against the wall and he ducks. The arm bursts through the first window looking into the classroom, before swiping across the other windows and destroying them. Junpei quickly crawls on his hands and feet on the numerous fragments of glass, soldiering through the pain as he reaches the door in the back of the room and rushes out the moment Mahito jumps through a destroyed window.
Junpei runs down the hall and looks back, dodging another long distance reach from Mahito and turning right towards a stairwell. He runs halfway down before jumping over the railing, landing on one of the steps and momentarily stumbling but picking himself up and continuing to move. But as he tries going down another floor Mahito breaks through the steps from above, preventing Junpei from going down any further and forcing him to run down that floor's halls. Occasionally long distance attacks and extended reaches from Mahito would reach out for Junpei but he'd be able to barely dodge them and it's clear he's growing exhausted.
Junpei turns a corner and he runs into a club room larger than his old one. He quickly comes up with an idea and throws a chair out of one of the windows and hides behind a shelf by the door as Mahito bursts into the room and creates a lot of rubble doing so, some of which further injuring Junpei. Mahito would rush over to the window, looking out to see where he had gone before realizing he didn't jump out. Junpei would try to sneak out of his hiding spot and exit the room. However Mahito quickly turns to see him and Junpei runs out, being pursued once more.
It'd be clear now that Mahito is becoming slightly irritated and becoming more violent in his pursuit while Junpei becomes more fearful. Around this time Yuji would finally catch up and he and Mahito would fight, which gives Junpei some distance. However, Yuji is thrown down the hall towards Junpei but the boy dodges out of his way. Yuji is temporarily incapacitated and Junpei runs into a nearby chemistry lab where he hides behind one of the larger desks and Mahito enters.
There’d be a cool suspenseful scene where Mahito goes down each row of desks and Junpei would quietly move around, using items like forgotten pencils and glass vials and throwing/rolling them away from his location to throw Mahito off and maneuver from desk to desk toward the door to escape. However Mahito would catch on and go along with it just to mess with Junpei right up until he's by the desk the boy is hiding behind now.
Mahito would be getting closer, taunting Junpei about how vulnerable and ‘easy’ he was. As he's around the corner of the desk, he'd lean down to the level Junpei is sitting at. Junpei would hold his breath with tears and sweat streaming down his face as Mahito turned to face him. At that moment it'd seem like it's truly over for Junpei. But just as he's about to be grabbed Yuji comes in for the save, tackling Mahito from behind before he can grab Junpei and giving him time to get up and run out of the room.
Mahito is done holding back now, continuing to go for Junpei even as he and Yuji clash. Junpei is becoming more and more erratic and exhausted in the chase with the physical, emotional, and mental toll of this getting to him. As Mahito and Yuji get closer he's forced to turn left to a flight of stairs and go upward as Yuji and Mahito's fight gets closer. When he goes back up to the next floor he sees the set of stairs on the side of the school that lead outside, just down the hall. He's just about to reach it when in front of him, from below Mahito's body breaks through with Yuji jumping up through the hole with him. Junpei runs to the safety of a nearby room as Yuji and Mahito fight in the hallway and he blocks the door with a shelf, however this room ends up being none other than his old club room.
He has nowhere to go now, and as he hears the fighting going on outside he begins to panic and the memories of everything that happened in this room rush back to him, as well as all that's happened recently. How the bullying started and how severe it had gotten, how isolated he felt, how his 'friends' never stood up for him, how he saw his own mother dead earlier that morning, how Mahito not only manipulated him into trusting him but chased him through his school in an attempt to kill him and all with a smile on his face. Junpei has another mental breakdown inside the room, his thoughts flooded with the negativity that has engulfed his life. Junpei felt so disgusted with his life. Disgusted with his peers, his teachers, Mahito, but most of all..disgusted with himself.
And just as it seems like Junpei is about to shut down, he hears Yuji scream out for him. That's able to get him to snap out of it. He'd think about how Yuji and him talked yesterday and how easily they could get along. Yuji was so kind and endearing. And he was trying so desperately to save Junpei and even risking his own life for him, compared to his film club ‘friends’ who ran away and abandoned him when faced with the bullies, leaving him to be harassed and abused. Yuji saw his life as something worth saving. Something to risk his life over despite knowing him for so little time. His life has gone horribly recently but if he can live through this and survive with Yuji and maybe meet more people like him then there's hope for the future. Instead of focusing too much on the past, he has to move forward if he wants to live a life that can make up for all the bad things he has been through and all the time he has spent alone and suffering. Now with that in mind, is he gonna just wait in this room for Mahito to get what he wants? No fucking way.
Junpei would look ahead toward the window and an idea pops up in his head and he begins to run toward it. Just as this happens Mahito all while fighting Yuji reaches the club room door and bursts through the barricade. Junpei jumps through the window as Mahito reaches out, barely avoiding the cursed spirits grasp by mere inches as he summons Moon Dregs. Moon Dregs is able to be summoned quick enough for it to cushion his fall to the ground.
Junpei would look up, seeing Yuji and Mahito still fighting as he hurriedly limps to the gym. He's exhausted with his face covered in sweat and tears, and parts of his body covered in his own blood due to injuries he sustained. But what's important is that he's alive. He escaped the school and Mahito. And from here the fight between Mahito and Yuji would go as it usually does with Nanami soon joining in and ending with Mahito escaping. Yuji and Nanami would find Junpei in the gym and from here Junpei's journey as a jujutsu sorcerer would begin.
That's just my idea for how the chase I thought up could go. It was a lot of fun coming up with ideas for it and I hope I conveyed it in a way that makes it both easy and terrifying to imagine playing out in your head. Horror style chase scenes are incredibly fun to write since they're so full of tension and you don't know what to expect next, as it's between a strong and intimidating force and someone who's unable to fight back and can only flee and hide. There's a chance the victim is able to escape, though just as likely a chance they'll be killed. I found it fitting that in order for Junpei to survive, he'd have to go through something he'd seen in countless horror films. I also wanted to add in the emotional aspect at the end to show how much joining Jujutsu High could benefit and develop Junpei if he were to survive. Let me know what you think and thanks for reading!
Mahito loses.

Hello! This is a comprehensive list of Tsukumo Yuki’s feats and statements meant to help with Yuki scaling and debates. Inspired by Individual-Turns own list, this will help with giving relevant information regarding Yuki’s power and capabilities. If any relevant information comes out in a future guidebook, it will be added to this list or otherwise updated. Please let me know if I missed anything, but here we go!
Rank; Tsukumo Yuki is a Special Grade Sorcerer. This was confirmed once by Yuki herself when she met with teen Geto during Hidden Inventory, once again by Akutami during the JJK Official Guidebook (JJK Official Handbook, page 67), and finally in the first page of Chapter 205 by the Narrator. According to Kenjaku when speaking to Choso, the rank of Special Grade implies that the person who holds that rank is capable of overwhelming an entire country (Chapter 203, panel 15). Logically, Yuki would fit this bill, as she was the first of the four modern Special Grades, apparently having that rank as long ago as 2007, when she spoke to teenage Geto.
And NO, Yuki is NOT a Special Grade simply due to her potential Black Hole. The very definition is to be able to overthrow an entire country single handedly. The Black Hole is not only something that she obviously would never do, but also wouldn’t be overthrowing anything, it would just destroy the world. Overall I doubt they would rank her so highly if she was only being scaled to an attack she both would never do and also wouldn’t fit the bill for overthrowing or defeating an entire country as she would die.
By rank relativity alone, Yuki should already be on par with Prime Geto, JJK 0 Yuta, and then Sendai Yuta (after Rika’s Curse ended), as they all share the same rank. Gojo of course, being the exception to this relativity as he is miles stronger than any other Sorcerer, including Special Grades. While this isn’t a concrete way of scaling, it does hold some weight to it, and should be considered when scaling. Even Kusukabe makes a point of it that he couldn't just prance around a Special Grade like Yuta nor a SG Curse like Jogo. From this alone, Yuki should already be pinned up there as one of the strongest in the modern Jujutsu Society.
Yuki has quite a few good statements to her name, despite limited screentime.
After destroying Ganesha and severely damaging Kenjaku, Kenjaku himself questions if he can even beat Yuki, especially due to how he thought that she made his strongest Curses unusable. This same Kenjaku showed no such reaction to anything Choso could throw out, and didn’t even see Yuta as any significant threat as far back at Shibuya, yet was uncertain of being able to beat Yuki alone.
Yuki was directly put on Yuta’s level by Maki, as they both shared the same rank. Despite Maki not knowing much about Yuki, she knew a lot about Yuta and went out of her way to call Hakari weaker than Yuta when they were compared, yet not with Yuki.
Tengen elected either Yuki or Yuta to protect them specifically, putting them on at least the same tier of strength at that point in time.
Striking force; Yuki, (w/ Star Rage at full capacity), destroyed both of Kenjaku’s arms with one single hit and sent him back so far and fast that he broke the circular definition of Tengen’s barrier.
Endurance; After being hit by Kenjaku’s Domain Expansion directly, Yuki still manages to box with Kenjaku, even pushing him on the backfoot.
Speed; Yuki destroyed Uraume’s Icefall in an instant after arriving on the scene while it was mere inches from Yuji’s head.
Speed; Yuki managed to catch Kenjaku off guard with a rush initially due to her speed, leading to her iconic punch, then later repeats this feat. This is especially impressive as Kenjaku outright easily dodges multiple Piercing Bloods, even adjusting for one at point blank range, yet still stuggles with Yuki at multiple points in tiem.
Durability; Tanked both Kenjaku’s first direct Mini Uzumaki with only next to no injury
Yuki crumpling both of Kenjaku's reinforced arms a with a single direct blow
For another, smaller post that can help further dispel any confusion as to why Yuki is NOT merely on par with Choso, but above him in physicals, go here; (Post)
But in short, Choso was not nearly on par with Yuki. He was being completely outclassed by Kenjaku at every level until Yuki straight up held him in place, while Yuki was capable of landing straight up hits without any assistance.
Tsukumo Yuki’s innate cursed technique. Star Rage allows Yuki to add Virtual or Imaginary Mass to her body, which both does not weigh her down as well as boosts her strikes with the force equivalent, enough to destroy both of Kenjaku’s arm with a single punch. The mass was described as being so overwhelming that it cannot be contained semantically or pragmatically.
Star Rage’s mass appears to have a special property in regards to cursed spirits or techniques that entangle a concept with its cursed technique. As shown with Ganesha, Yuki’s mass was able to overwhelm even its obstacle removal, which was described as being able to; “Remove any obstacles”. Kenjaku even points out that, since she ignores concepts, none of his high level Curses would be usable against her.
I believe that there are even more techniques that Yuki could be immune to, namely; Projection Sorcery (link to why I believe that ; Link), Boogie Woogie, and Paralyzing Gaze. While a small buff if we assume this, it’s still something that she has in her kit.
Star Rage is also capable of being able to be applied to Yuki’s Shikigami; Garuda, which turned into a Cursed Tool by this technique and is the only other target of Star Rage besides Yuki herself.
Yuki was also incredibly secretive about her Cursed Technique. So much so that, despite being Special Grade, Kenjaku was completely unable to gain information about her technique from the Jujutsu Administration. Due to this, almost no one would be capable of figuring out Yuki’s technique unless she explained it to them in any realistic fight.
Kenny, even with prep, being unable to gather any info on Yuki's technique
To briefly summarize this post, Yuki’s output drop is not special or significant to her. We see repeatedly just how far your output drops even when you’re not as damaged as Yuki ended up being. Naoya, Naobito and Angel all being examples. It’s simply short sighted and s illy to hold it against Yuki when realistically everyone’s output would drop a similar degree if they were as injured as she got.
Yuki was able to directly heal from Kenjaku’s Domain incredibly fast even after having her entire left arm crushed and having multiple slashes across her body.Kenjaku stated that he “would not give Yuki time to recover” after blowing a hole through her stomach, implying she could recover from such a grievous injury.
Yuki should more than likely be capable of healing her soul, considering her knowledge on it and the fact she could interact with the past Star Plasma vessels.
Yuki knows how RCT works in regards to burn scars, showing a high level of knowledge on the topic.
Tsukumo Yuki has directly shown the ability to use the Simple Domain, an Anti Domain technique that. She used it during the battle against Kenjaku, but it was destroyed in Kenjaku’s Domain due to his insane barriers.
Why do I not consider this an anti feat for her Simple Domain? Well, firstly it was used against Kenjaku, who’s one of few people in the world who can compete with Tengen in terms of barriers. Yuki herself even states that it's because of the barrier, implying a normal barrier wouldn’t have broken her SD so quickly. It’s more a Kenjaku upscale than a Yuki downscale, as I doubt many other characters would have any more luck with their SD against Kenjaku’s barrier.
Yuki was also capable of teaching Simple Domain to Todo when he trained under her, as well as being able to move with it activated, unlike Miwa who uses a Binding Vow to maintain her Simple Domain.
Besides that, there’s another thing to Yuki’s Simple Domain. She didn’t learn it in the same way that other sorcerers tend to, paying the New Shadows School with its Binding Vow. Instead, Yuki was able to learn her Simple Domain in the same new Mechamaru figured out his. This being by observing others doing it, and copying it in some form yourself. Now, it’s unclear if this makes it any better or worse than a normal Simple Domain, but the fact she was able to effectively reverse engineer it and had over 10 plus years of experience at least means she should have a fairly good one.
Outside of all that, there’s not much in regards to her Simple Domain. From her rank, ability to teach it, having reverse engineered it, experience and the fact it was only torn by Kenjaku’s barrier, I find her Simple Domain should be more than good enough, and not to be disrespected.
Garuda is Tsukumo’s Shikigami, converted into a Cursed Tool from her technique. Like Yuki, it is capable of utilizing her Star Rage Technique, as well as seemingly being able to partially move on its own will. I consider it to be highly underrated as a part of Yuki’s kit, as it’s been a major part of her ability. Below are some of its best feats.
During chapter 135, after Uraume uses their Icefall, sending massive shards of ice flying down at Yuji and co., Yuki uses what is implied to be Garuda to destroy the ice in one fell swoop before it even has the opportunity to kill anyone.
During chapter 205, Yuki punts Garuda towards the Special Grade imported Cursed Spirit; Ganesha. The resulting speed and force of the attack, empowered by Star Rage, tears without any resistance through the Curse's head and through the back, destroying it effortlessly.
During chapter 206, after Yuki took severe damage from Kenjaku’s Domain, lowering her Star Rage’s output, Garuda manages to wrap itself around Kenjaku’s waist to hold him in place for Choso’s attack.
Later in 207, Yuki wields Garuda as a whip that rips apart part of the Tomb of the Stars corridor, destroying enormous amounts of the area with just one attack.
In 207 Garuda is used as a whip once again, this time against a curse that Garuda once again obliterates in just one attack, blowing it to pieces
Yuki is directly confirmed to have a domain expansion that she is capable of using, once by herself when talking to Tengen, and again by Kenjaku after his own Domain. However, the full schematics of her Domain, as well as its name, are entirely unknown. However, we can infer a few things about it.
One; It’s more than likely a lethal Domain. As Tengen stated in Yuji’s flashback in chapter 164, not just most, but many modern Domains include a sure kill effect, compared to the now scarce non lethal Domain.
Two; She more than likely has good refinement. This makes sense in two ways; 1, she’s the most experienced of the Special Grades, having been one since at least Hidden Inventory and more than likely even prior to that. Logically, it would make sense for her to have good refinement considering just how long she’s been doing this. Secondly, Kenjaku stated that if she had used her Domain, the fight might’ve had a different outcome. Implying her Domain could’ve held up against his, even just for ten seconds is a feat in itself. Kenjaku was able to destroy her Simple Domain in even less time, and has the second greatest barrier skill in history.
Chapter 136; Yuki almost immediately recognized what Kenjaku did in Shibuya to be the long range activation of a Technique, while everyone else was dumbfounded.
Yuki almost immediately recognized Ganesha as an exported Special Grade Cursed Spirit after just seeing it once.
Yuki knew about Heavenly Restricted humans like Toji as far back as Hidden Inventory, and knew what he could do
Yuki accurately deduced what Kenjaku’s third technique was after seeing it once and defined its limits after just a second sight.
Yuki wrote the book on the Soul, containing information on how souls interacted in terms of fusion, as well as helping Yuji to more accurately hit the border of the soul.
Yuki developed her own Simple Domain in the same way Muta did, without being taught it herself.
Yuki was able to speak with the merged souls of past Star Plasma Vessels that even Tengen couldn’t hear.
Yuki knew about how souls interacted when merged or partially combined.
Yuki knew that souls never disappear regardless of how long they’re merged.
Yuki knew what Mahito’s Cursed Technique was, at least in regards to how it interacted with the soul.
Overall I think it’s very disingenuous to suggest that Yuki couldn’t do anything about the Soul. She quite literally wrote the book on it, so it’s unfair to assume she couldn’t do anything with it.
Vs Kenjaku; loses to Barrierless Domain.
Vs Yuta, loses to overall versatility, Jacob’s Ladder and Sky Manipulation
Vs Yorozu; wins high diff due to hitting far harder than Bug Armor could handle, similarly having a domain, RCT and Garuda
Vs MBA Kashimo; wins high diff thanks to Domain, soul knowledge, and extreme AP
Vs Yuji, wins mid diff due to likely higher domain refinement, secondary fighter in Garuda and harder strikes
Vs Maki/Toji; wins mid-high diff thanks to knowing about Heavenly Restricted humans, Garuda being a nuisance, Star Rage being intangible, RCT, and being capable of causing far more damage than they could heal from.
Vs Geto; wins mid-low diff due to Domain, better H2H and being a hard counter to CSM
Vs Hakari; wins low-mid diff due to her AP definitely being able to kill him in his domain or even in Jackpot, Garuda, and her own domain.
Overall, Yuki has an unbelievably impressive matchup sheet, with her pure AP, skill and versatility giving her an answer for almost anyone outside of the top 4. I find it hard to find someone who counters her, as even Uro, who explicitly counters brawlers, would struggle due to Garuda being a ever constant presence. With and without a doubt, Yuki lives up to her ranking as a Special Grade, and should be ranked accordingly. She lost to one of few people who has a supreme answer to her pure power, and I doubt she would lose to many others, even among the best of the best.
Thanks for reading this far! This took quite a while to make :3 Hopefully this can clear up some confusion as to why Yuki is often considered top 5 and is extremely underrated in my opinion. By all measures, Yuki is shown to be, described to be, and implied to be extremely powerful, entirely fitting of her extremely high ranking, and should overall be respected more.

Please don’t remove this Mods I worked so hard on it 😢
For me, since his win against Gojo, it's been Sukuna.
I firmly believed Gojo was the strongest for the large portion of the manga until I saw Sukuna; his overwhelming strength is what I admire most.
No hate to Gojo tho, he's a goat and easily the best representation of the perfect sorcerer.
I always thought he felt so ... normal. You know, outside of insane physical strength, he struck me as less of being unreasonably, stupidly kindhearted and more of the kid you would want to be friends with in high school.
And with 'nobody' I mean you didn't put them so much attention, cause in many cases there were signs that some characters would became important later haha
In my case, it was Higuruma. The first time he appeared, I really didn't expect nothing.>! It was even boring watching him. Even here, in this manga panel in the bathtub, I wasn't so much into him. It was until he releases his domain expansion that he caught my attention and I begin to like him.!<
!When he became one of my favorites was later with the Sukuna fight. I liked he thinking he was just a rookie and that he didn't have the capacity due to his recent discovered powers but that he knew he had the potencial. That others recognized that was even better.!<
!I'm just sad we couldn't see him at his peak.!<
What's that 'nobody' character for you?
Previously, from better translations by Lightning, it was thought that Hollow Purple was made of Virtual Mass similar to Yuki's Bom-ba-ye CT, instead of Imaginary Mass though this was a long time ago.
It’s mentioned within the raw kanji that the word “仮想” is used. Essentially, this means” virtual” and combining it with the rest of the sentence, “かしつ 仮想の質量を 押し出す,” it’s “Pushing out a virtual mass" essentially.
Except, it's missing one thing. 仮想” also known as kaso, has three meanings: “virtual, imaginary, and supposition”
Now supposition can already be eliminated since a “supposition mass” makes absolutely no sense whatsoever, so it leaves out “virtual” and “imaginary” masses. And the conclusion that can be best deduced is that it’s imaginary.
Hollow Purple creates an imaginary mass by inducing a mass value derived from the square root of a negative number, i.e i^(2) = -1. In the equation^(,) if m is imaginary, it would be negative (m^(2),) making m^(2c4) negative. This negative mass results from combining two infinite sets with opposing influences, leading to instability or the "deconstruction" of a well-defined sum.
By conjuring a negative distance into reality, Hollow Purple erases anything with parameters incompatible with its nature (positive) until it reaches equivalence (negative). This aligns with the concept of imaginary mass, whose square root is inherently negative.
By conjuring a negative distance into reality, Hollow Purple erases anything with parameters incompatible with its nature (positive) until it reaches equivalence (negative). This aligns with the concept of imaginary mass, whose square root is inherently negative.
Even uses Imaginary Numbers which is what Imaginary Mass is expressed by and as support Blue can literally make -1 apples appear in reality
In conclusion, Hollow Purple being Imaginary Mass which can erase particles and anti-particles along with being a Void means some form of Existence Erasure: https://imgur.com/pzsuAQX and https://imgur.com/v4YBMvi
Now you may be asking: "How are certain characters able to survive this?"
For one, they use Cursed Energy (CE) which iirc is stated to be the ultimate form of energy. CE is ALSO able to quite literally why things like Virtual Mass, Imaginary Mass, the literal CONCEPT of obstacles and more to be usable as CTs.
Makes sense considering Gege confirmed that CE produced attacks and attacks are 2x more powerful than normal attacks.
Hell, the reason why you need the Six Eyes is due to how much CE it COSTS to make even a simple Blue without it.
Hanami survived because Hollow Purple was weakened due to the distance it had to cross, and it mostly missing her. She was already leaving and the damage was just a graze from the Purple.
It doesn’t have to be ‘canon’. The characters may have appear at different times in the manga and may or may not be dead. Me personally, I would like to have seen:
Toji and awakened Maki- Imagine him training her as he would be the only person to know exactly her skill set and know how the Zenin clan dealt and mistreated them.
Gojo and Tsumiki- He obviously played a part as she grew up seeing how Megumi and Tsumiki were still together all those years. I would like to have seen their dynamic when they both were younger.
Choso and Todo- I know this is a common one but I’ll never not be resentful that Gege didn’t let them meet up and be jealous over Yuji.
Nanami and Higuruma- I want to see my depressed men in suits have coffee and go over their trauma.
Kashimo and Gojo- I would’ve killed to see their initial conversation about being the strongest of their time and the loneliness and the top.
What about you guys?
This is also a general question about the 10 Shadows Technique so I just gotta explain my train of thought. So to improve a Cursed Techniques strength and effectiveness a Sorcerer can use Chants and Hand Signs, it’s evident that Technique’s like Domain Expansion require some from of hand sign to activate the technique. So does that mean that to fully utilize the 10 Shadows a user has to use hand signs to summon such powerful Shikigami and to fully summon Mahoraga the user has to use hand signs and call it’s full name. Because it sounds a lot like a chant, especially if you break it down into pieces like this “Eight-Handled Sword - Divergent Sila - Divine General - Mahoraga”. The hand signs are not the exact same but it’s just something I’ve thought about.
Ngl, after finishing Shibuya and seeing everyone refer to the culling games as possibly the worst arc of JJK I was really scared of getting into it because of how attached I had grown to this series and how disappointed I would be if it started rolling downhill before my very eyes but I was determined to finish what I started to I just went into it
And imagine my surprise when what I came face to face with ended up becoming my 3rd/4th favourite arc in the series, while not as narratively packed as Shibuya, the story shines through in many moments and it also brought us the absolute greatest fights up until that point and also introduced most of my favourite characters
I don’t know if I’m being weird because my love for JJK is so vast but honestly, for me, this series never, not for a single moment, stopped going uphill but once again, maybe my brain is just coded like that since I love this series so much
The nose was real hard to draw but i think it turned out good. Im always doing digital art so this was a bit of a struggle
Cheers
And I mean mischaracterized by the readers/ viewers- not in universe.
I was thinking about how Toji has several ongoing jokes about him that some people take seriously such as ;
He doesn’t actually love Megumi. Even despite the manga and anime showing that Toji loved Megumi in his own way- you still have people who say he didn’t care. He was not a great father , but the fact that Toji kept trying to put Megumi in situations ( that he thought would be good for him) and felt like he himself wasn’t good enough to raise Megumi says a lot.
He was broke. If Toji was THAT broke, he would not be able to afford all the weaponry he has. Is it true that he was probably nomadic and low on funds between gambling, yes. But he probably wasn’t bummy and smelly and poor 24/7. Especially considering he was a basically a gigalo.
I wouldn’t say Toji is the MOST misunderstood character, but he is definitely up there.
Who do you guys think is the most misunderstood by the fandom?

It covers Volume 0, a one-shot prequel that Gege wrote before writing the main series of Jujtusu Kaisen. Yuta Okkotsu is the main character and it the story takes place 1 year prior to the main series.
You can read it whenever you like, but Chapter 63 is a good point to read it. It explains some of the events and motivations that happen in the JJK storyline.
Legally on Crunchyroll. We unfortunately have to keep links to aggregate sites off of the sub or risk it being flagged for takedown. Otherwise, try Googling "where to watch anime free reddit".

Despite what one might assume when it comes to Gojo’s fight against Sukuna, for 99% of the JJK cast, opening a domain first is actually a fatal mistake.
#Having An “Instant-Win” Domain Expansion Is A Privilege Only Granted to Gojo.
Unlimited Void is the only domain expansion in Jujutsu Kaisen that has a true “Instant-Win” criteria. This is because, contrary to what people would think, The win condition is quite literally the domain expansion’s information itself, and not Gojo’s Limitless cursed technique(technically, speaking).
This is what is so unique and 200iq about Unlimited Void. While all other domain expansions use the “instantaneous transmission of the user’s cursed technique information and data” to apply the sure-hit attack to the domain, and then relying on that information link between the user and the opponent to guarantee the next attack will hit, what Gojo does instead is actually genius; he uses the transmission of information itself AS the attack instead.
Now, I hear what you are thinking; what about Coffin of the Iron Mountain? Even though it would be reasonable to assume that the opponent would burn up and die relatively immediately upon casting domain expansion, there is a catch; the opponent has to PROCESS the information from the domain first, and then recognize the burn damage after. So what this means is that Coffin of the Iron Mountain’s barrier MUST be completely enveloped and sealed before the burn damage can start. This leaves a window(albeit very small)where the opponent could feasibly respond with Simple Domain. This grace period is not something available against Infinite Void.
Even the domain expansion “Self Embodiment of Perfection” requires Mahito to make a subsequent move/attack AFTER activation of the domain.
So yeah, Infinite Void is truly the peak of Domain Expansions. The usage of domain expansion’s trait of funneling cursed technique information to the opponent as the method of sure-hit is arguably akin to a barrier-less domain expansion, with the added benefit of having a domain barrier as well. Nothing tops this. I can’t even believe that there is a debate if Unlimited Void is the strongest domain expansion. Uhh, it definitely is. It has all the perks of a barrier domain AND barrierless domain combined. Nothing beats it, and even Sukuna had to play tricks to get around the absurdity of it.
Toji managed to move a 1,500-2,000 pound truck with just a single kick, now imagine your megumi and your dad comes back from the dead and he just throws a 700kg kei truck at you 😔
