Opm my favorite anime, manga and story with my favorite characters but I have to admit while season 2 animation was terrible. People would have cut them some slack if the coloring of the characters wasn’t off and the sound effects wasn’t cheap.

It’s not like we wanted a season 1 level of animation. This is the Spiderverse movies where they can outperform what was already a new standard of animation. We just wanted an “good” anime. Good meaning average animation and good sound effects.

Let’s just all come together and hope season 3 is that.

My base level bet is the earth got split in half but the hyped up version is we might see a shot from a zoomed out view and we see the galaxy gets split in half too. Definitely not confirmed in anyway but with void absorbing dark and light powers I imagine him being elevated to a new level.

The introduction of the martial arts tournament as a prequel to the M.A arc was innocent enough, not a big deal imo except I fucking hate Suiryu.

But then it started intruding in core aspects that made that arc so good. The need to escalate the dangers that characters other than Saitama face was not necessary. It already happened in the webcomic.

Whatever new development other characters got with these changes dont seem to influence or change much from the original setting, unless of course it has changes followed by the previous ones, i.e Empty Void not just being "That Man" anymore.

This is in turn led to pacing issues that are still felt today. I dont know why ONE made this decision, or allowed the changes, but I personally am not a fan and I dont think it translated into more sales either.

What do you guys think ?

Those are completely valid and its not our fault for enforcing rule 9 and or 11 because you either dont make your own argument first and expect others to discuss it for you after saying little to nothing, or the only way you know how to discuss is with insults.

In a way it's kinda nice I always like the idea of similar ships well the whole hero x hero thing and sti don't know how to feel about this feels like one of those opposite attract but now begs the question if people are now suddenly shipping MHA and OPM characters who does People shop Saitama with from MHA?🤔

“Hes true power is still unknown” kind of reminds me of when pheanix man awakened and revealed his true power. Also pheanix man dream was to create an organization of “only costume monsters” and he told child emeperor that watchdog man will also join them soon.

One loves to write like this where he constant foreshadows stuff in the most subtle manner.

Anyways costume monsters imo are a soul bond between a costume or suit and a human. In pheanix man case in was a pheanix costume. In opm obsession causes monsterisation and pheanix man made being in that costume his whole life and personality. When the show was cancelled he felt empty and he missed entertaining the kids. He never take off the costume and monsterisation bonded them together.

I think watch dog man also had an obsession with his costume and bonded with it but just like pheanix man was his base form and awakened Pheanix man was his true form. Watch dog man is till in base form that’s why he’s unbothered. But it’s insane that he’s this powerful in base form, the guy is bored fighting multiple demon level monsters and no monster has managed to damage his city.

I’m predicting he also has multiple forms related to a 4 legged mammal of similar characteristics and traits. Like maybe a lion or a wolf. Just like how pheanix man can transform into a hawk and penguin all having different abilities. Needless to say watchdog man is top 5 s class and I can’t wait to see who will bring out the beast within.

I was in train re reading OPM but i got a send realization can it be even animated (Of course I am saying properly done) Murata Drawing are next level! . If The manga is properly animated they are gonna win awards and awards. If not properly done Gonna get their Repuation destroyed

Just compare the beginning of the series with what we have now. Basically, Saitama became a supporting character. I don't remember the last time I saw him doying anything interesting.

Now, it's pure drama with booring characters and we have to wait 2 weeks for another booring chapter without Saitama. It even seems like the manga isn't even focused on Saitama anymore.

If Black sperm had actually done this technique of his, which characters would you see able to stop the oncoming storm of black sperm clones.

I know it wasn't real but Hypothetically if it did happened which characters would be able to put a stop to it besides the following

1. Saitama

2.Tatsumaki

3 Blast

4. King

5. Metal Knight

I know I speak from a hero's point of view but monsters are also allowed as well such as Orochi or Homeless emperor or even Psykosorochi.
