I know, it seems not jb related, but it is. I’m facing this issue since I tried some charging limiter & battery diagnostic tools.

I tried at least 20 chargers / devices / cable combinations to charge my iPad from. It either doesn’t charge at all or in most cases it says „nope“ immediately and depending on the charging standard it starts negotiating the connection every few seconds or even milliseconds again in a loop.

To sum it up, everything that’s a USB based quick charging standard (like PD) that most devices and chargers trying to use nowadays, doesn’t work anymore. Which basically means I can only charge my iPad from my MacBook using a Thunderbolt 3 cable or from my old powerbank that doesn’t try to offer a modern standard and immediately uses USB 1.0 host charging.

Over Thunderbolt 3, not only charging but also data transfer still works full speed, the port is likely not broken. But again, USB-2.0-3.1 based data transfer and charging doesn’t work. It somehow hates USB standards based on these versions now. Unfortunately unjailed, turned off or in DFU-mode are all also affected.

I know, it’s a very weird issue, but maybe someone here knows something can help me out here. I tried a lot battery and charing related tweaks over the past weeks, so maybe there is a tweak that broke something. Of course I deactivated and deleted all of these.

I’ve had poor battery life on stock iOS since I upgraded from a iPhone X to an iPhone 14 Pro 16.2 about 18 months ago, but recently since the jailbreak dropped it made me wonder if there’s a tweak that can recognize the processes causing my battery to drain so much and possibly fix the problem

Would it be possible to make a tweak for the 64bit iPhones to run a 32 bit iOS Emulator or make a 32 bit subset inside the file system so we can run old school abandoned games that haven’t been updated for the latest iOS.

Requirements::

1. Be able to run 32 bit iPhone applications (iPad apps are a plus)
2. Accessible File System (iFile, Filza, Actual Files App Implementation, it doesn’t matter)
3. Can be downloaded/enabled on command and not automatically by default. (Settings switch, or application for emulator like delta, or PPSSPP)
4. Debug/Crash Log Support

How I THINK this could be possible?::

1. 32 bit Emulator that just recreates an old iOS system (a plus would be jailbreak compatibility or already jailbroken)

2. Tweak that makes backwards compatibility in 64 bit architecture for 32 bit applications (I think this would be almost impossible or at the least too buggy to be reliable)

3. Tweak/App that recompiles the 32 bit application into a 64bit application since I think it’s only a few button presses in XCode I think you can recreate the commands in Shell to force update a 32 bit application to 64 bit architecture assuming you have the source code. Then download the recompiled ipa on your 64bit device through AltStore, TrollStore, etc.

You know, one of those tweaks that forces you to solve a math problem to turn off the alarm clock.

I did find one, "BetterAlarm", but it has a fatal flaw: You can turn off the alarm by just pressing the lock button, entirely circumventing the math problem. If there was a tweak that disabled the lock button when the device is locked, this would work, but I'm not sure that's possible in a rootless JB. (or is it?)

Hey guys, I have a 7 Plus on 15.8.2 that I have been using with Palera1n Rootless for a while, I use my laptop and PaleNix to re-jailbreak every time I restart

I recently learned about Dopamine and installed it via Trollstore but when I jailbreak with Dopamine none of my tweaks are there. I’m sure it jailbreaks as I can open Sileo but everything is fresh and my tweaks and sources aren’t there

When I restart and re-jailbreak with Palera1n Rootless I get all my tweaks back

Is there anyway to get my tweaks and sources to work with Dopamine? Or do I need to start fresh

Hello i made an backup on my secondairy iphone 13 pro which is on ios 17.4, but i want to restore this backup on my iphone 12 pro which currently is on ios 16.6. If i try via itunes or imazing it will tell me that an update is required. How should i restore the backup?

When i use dodo my notifications staying so up and i can t see how can i fix it?

I’ve bought an iPad Pro 10.5” 256 gb and found out that it still has iOS 11 on it. It also has only 5 battery cycles. Would I be able to sell it for something more because of this for jailbraking purposes?

After 1.7.2 the developer started locking features that were formerly free to access behind a paywall. I was wondering if anyone had the older versions as while the source code is available on the github, the IPAs themselves seem to have been removed.

I recently purchased an iPhone 12 Pro that's running iOS 15 and I've already turned off automatic updates. I want to reset my phone. Can I access the settings and reset it without risking an automatic update to a newer iOS version during the setup process?

My iPhone is on iOS 15.8 and I jailbroke it with dopamine. However that is only a rootless jailbreak and I need to get a rootfull so I can get better tweaks and hopefully get free Spotify premium lol. If anyone knows how I can get a rootfull jailbreak instead of rootless please reply and let me know!!

Hi, i used dopamine 2 to jailbreak mi iPhone 8 plus yesterday, i haven’t jailbroke an iphone since the ios 6 days, i been having so much fun installing some useful tweaks, but i added and installed some tweaks from a repo called mainrepo, later i saw some users say mainrepo has malware, so i deleted anything i installed from there but i need to know if theres a way to check if my device has malware and get rid of it, i know isecureos but it’s still not available for rootless, thanks!

Edit: thanks for the help! i reinstalled all my jailbreak, checked all my repos to have safe ones and reinstalled my tweaks only from oficial repos

I just got a 14 Pro max 16.3.1 while jailbroken on dopamine 2.0 latest version I don’t get notifications on WhatsApp instagram and some social apps

But if I reboot my phone without Jailbreak everything works fine this has been thoroughly tested ✅

I’ve also done the following:

• I only have few tweaks because it’s a New Phone

• used choicy to disable tweak injection to WhatsApp

• used Shadow to hide Jailbreak from WhatsApp

• Checked notification settings. Everything enabled. iPhone as well as WhatsApp settings.

• Turned off low data mode.

• Turned on Background app refresh. (For WhatsApp, Wi-Fi and Mobile Data)

• Reset Location & Privacy.

• Restored from Backup.

• Reinstalled WhatsApp. & instagram

• Checked for WhatsApp updates.

• Unmuted iPhone. (Mute and Unmute multiple times)

• No focus is turned on.

• Chat is not archived.

Nothing helps notifications work while Jailbroken

Please I need genuine Help, My old iPhone 13 iOS 15 didn’t have this issue

EDIT: I found a temporary fix if i click the Hide a jailbreak on Dopamine settings and open some few apps Then Unhide Jailbreak everything works for a while, but once I re-spring it goes off again!
