Kinda torn on who to support in the primary?

So Bernie is absolutely my first choice as far as policy, and in any other presidential election I'd support him 1000%. But with the recent stuff that's come out about Russia wanting to help Bernie win the primary, I can't help but fear that Trump will pounce on it in a general election and people will be dumb enough to fall for it. Russia clearly wants Trump re-elected, and are trying to prop up Sanders because they think he'll lose to Trump.

As I'm sure everyone on this sub already knows, this election is extremely important. If Trump gets another four years, he'll absolutely keep stacking the SCOTUS until they can safely overturn Roe. He'll keep committing crimes and abusing his power, and he'll get away with it scot-free. I know the primary is all the way in May, and a lot can change between now and then, but I'm starting to worry that a moderate democrat is the only way to get Trump out of the white house at this point. Sorry for the rambling post, and I hope this doesn't come across as me shilling for other candidates, because I really don't want to support Buttigieg or Biden.
