A Sub-Reddit all for Scale Modeling in the 72nd Scale!
Welcome to /r/72Scale. This Sub-Reddit is dedicated towards the hobby of scale models and dioramas in the 1/72 scale. Airfix, Tamiya, Revell, Dragon, Hornby, Italeri, ect ect ect, the list goes on. Post anything from planes, to ground vehicles, to trains, boats, space ships, figures, dioramas, anything.... as long as it is 1/72 (or 1/76).
Rules:
You must only post things in 1/72 (or 1/76). All other scales or content that does not relate to the 1/72 (or 1/76) scale will be deleted. If you have a scale that is not 1/72 and not 1/76, but close, those are fine. We tolerate scales such as 1/87 (HO gauge), 20mm, 1/75, and 1/70.
You may post pictures, videos, links to blogs/resources, ect. as long as it somehow relates to 1/72.
Be nice and tolerant to other users and their creations.
All photos must be uploaded via imgur. Any other photo sharing platforms will be deleted (such as; Facebook, Fileshare, Photofrog).
Gifs must be shared either via imgur or Gfycat.
Videos must be shared either by Youtube or Vimeo.
If you are posting multiple photos, please create an imgur album rather than posting each one individually.
If you link other people's work, please source who created it in the comments of your post. If you can't find the original person, at least link where you found it. Plagiarizers will be banned from the sub.
Political discussion is completely unwelcome and will be quickly removed. Let's keep in mind there are subs for political debate - this one is about modeling and we would like to avoid divisive issues that take away from it.
Please Flair your posts using the flairs!

Heya, I haven’t painted anything before and I just bought my first models In 1/72 scale to play Memoir44 with my buddies. my dad has a set of paints and brushes but I don’t have any primer, any suggestions? Also should I remove the plastic nubs from the horses by bending them or should I clip them off with a tool? Any other tips would be great
