Hey guys, I run a Braves podcast, and am looking for someone to join me on Sunday June 30th to talk about the Braves/Giants series that week. I usually have a cohost but am running solo that week and we’ve never had another team on before. Felt it might be good to diversify. We currently have ~1k X subscribers and have been running since October of last year.
I was looking for podcast hosts or bloggers that might be interested in joining me for an hour or so to talk ball. I’ll link below. If you are one and would be interested please let me know, or if you can leave recommendations I’d be happy to reach out myself. Thanks y’all!

Hey everyone! I’m going to the game Monday and was wondering if there’s anyone I can buy a scorecard? I’ve been learning how to keep score and don’t have a printer! Thanks!
Chapman: .190/.309/.259 🥶
Conforto: .102/.185/.184 🥶
Flores: .188/.293/.396 🥶
Soler: .291/.400/.509 🔥
Yastrzemski: .244/.367/.512 🔥
Ramos: .344/.431/.689 🔥
Just checking in on some of our boys over their last 50 or so ABs.
I swear he used 6 or 7 pitchers in 2 innings every night. Lefty vs lefty, righty vs righty from the 6th inning onwards.
San Jose Giants, #28, circa 2011-2016
I named my dog after him😭
MLB did not do enough to celebrate one of, if not the greatest ball player of all time. Who he was as a player, the era he played in should have been celebrated 10 years ago when he was still able to get around easier. Giants fans were lucky to be able to get to admire him at the ballpark but especially with the outpour of support from every fanbase, this man should have gotten to experience this long overdue celebration while he was still alive.
Final Score: Giants 5, Cubs 6
Purpose of this thread
Discuss developing baseball action LIVE
Discuss the Giants game
Post hilarious memes / images / gifs / information that may not deserve a front-page post of its own. If it's big news, feel free to do both! This, and the gameday thread, are good places to post your Dodger jokes and memes.
Discuss ANYTHING as long as it follows the rules of conduct.
Nominate your Player of the Game (POTG). Upvote your choice if it's posted, or add your own!

Need to incentivize power more to get more shots like that ridiculous Soler grand salami.
Is it me or does it look like a Junior High kid is managing the cubs?
Last minute decision, but I’m going to take the day off work to make the drive from TN for the game tomorrow if I can find a relatively reasonably priced ticket.
If anyone happens to be looking to move one, please do let me know and would love to work something out. Lifelong Giants fan from SF, and feel free to check my post history to verify I’m not a scalper.
Thanks!
Does anyone know whether people can sit in the stands and watch the game on the scoreboard tomorrow? I know they announced the park will be open, but it's unclear to me how this works / whether it will be possible to stay and watch the game. Thanks for any insight!
The scene was somber but not necessarily sad. A lot of people felt drawn to this one very important spot to honor the greatest Giant of all time. We needed to be around fellow Giants fans today. I love you Willie Mays.
Hey Giants,
Anyone have a recommendation on a good biography for our legend?
Am I the only one pretending to be hard at work, only to be reading and watching the enormous amount of content about Willie? lol. I just asked a colleague and he's doing the same thing. I don't think a lot of work is going to get done around here today!
As the presumably only other Giants fan in the stadium, this made me very happy
90s kid here living out of state. Just wanted to pay respects to the larger than life figure that is Willie Mays. The impact he had on the sport as a whole but especially the generations of Giants I grew up watching and the lore we all heard as kids had such an impact on my love for baseball. Knowing how deep this cuts for so many of the old timers, my heart goes out to all of you.
How lucky we are to be a part of this culture and to have had the greatest to ever do it stay so involved in the organization until the very end.
RIP to the forever Giant and thank you for a life well lived.
Hi, I know this is a longshot but I waited too long to buy tickets for the Korean Heritage night and was wondering if anybody here was willing to sell me 3 of the special event tickets. I was going to take my Korean in laws but I guess I waited too long 🤦🏻♂️ and now it says sold out on the website. I feel really bad because they were so excited to go.
