Hi, I'm planning on moving to South Bay soon and wanted to know if anyone is willing to take over my lease!
Apartment Detail
I was able to get a good deal so it is a lot lower than currently available units. Please let me know if interested!
Moving end of Nov / beginning of Dec. Looking for a room in a central neighborhood from Twin Peaks east to Dog Patch and as far North as Lower Nob Hill and south to Bernal Heights. Unfortunately I need a car for work even though I plan to ride my bike to work most of the time. I work in Bayview so I'd like to be 20-25 minute drive max. Besides that I'm not picky. I do have 3 bicycles that I'd need room for and W/D in unit would be cool but not a deal breaker. Budget is about $1800 and obviously willing to pay more for parking fee.
Looking to fill the second room in my apartment in a 2br/1ba near San Leandro BART for $1,400 OBO + utilities!
Location is by the Boys and Girls Club. Walk to BART is about 10 minutes / .5 miles, same with downtown for any groceries at Safeway. When I go into SF, it's about 30 minutes door to door to my office off Montgomery. Direct Richmond trains also run if you're heading into the Berkeley / Cal direction. Have lived with travel nurses previously and other short-term assignment professionals!
Room is fully furnished with a twin bed, 60" standing desk, Herman Miller Mirra chair, microphone, some drawers, a couple of lamps, and a ceiling fan.
Laundry is both in-unit and in the basement with a card reader.
Lastly, I have a cat and multiple plants.
Hello! Im 23M and I am moving to SF in early November as a software engineer. I am looking for a roommate to rent a 2 bedroom near Rincon Hill. But anything close to that within a 20 minute walking distance is also fine. My max budget is around $2500 before utilities. I like video games, some occasional legos, ping pong, badminton. I also am down to go out and do whatever. Im also very open to trying out new hobbies if you want people to partake. I also work out a couple of times a week so a gym buddy would also be cool too. I like to keep everything clean, don't smoke, and sleep like a college student. PM me if interested!

The house is in an incredible location in Oakland and I am quickly turning it into a startup founder hustle house, with a wellness and dope community event focused backyard.

Completing an internship in SF and looking for a room for three months! Ideally within Bayview, Bernal Heights, Outer Mission, Mission, Potero Hill, and Dogpatch. Open to other areas of the city. Looking for under $1250, but flexible. I'm also a dude and would prefer living with other dudes (preferably younger, new grad or student age) but am also open to anything. Thanks!
Located in Downtown Pleasanton, right across the street from the Alameda Fairgrounds, Amtrak train station and about a 10 min walk away from the 10R bus stop that will take you to Bart. Rent is $1,100, utilities included. No pets bc senior cat doesn't get along with other animals, sorry! There's a parking spot available, if needed. Lease sign on is required by the landlord, looking for a roommate that is respectful, commutative and cleans up after themselves! Lgbtq+ friendly! Message me if you have more questions or would like to set up a time to view the room, move in ready! (Room and bathroom are located upstairs)
Hey everyone! I’m looking for a room or roommates in SF (hoping for Pac Heights, Nob Hill, Russian Hill, but fairly flexible if everything else works out), ideally for mid to late November, but I’m flexible and open to finding a place together over the next few months. My budget is around $1600.
A bit about me: I’m a 31-year-old female working at a nonprofit in SF. I’ve been in the Bay Area for three years and love everything about San Francisco! I’m excited to build more connections in the city and hope to find a living situation where we can share lots of laughs, have friends over, and create a real sense of community.
I’m pretty extroverted, love cooking/baking, art, books, music—pretty much everything—and I’m always down to try something new at least once! I’m an occasional pescatarian but have no problem if you eat meat. I also love animals, and as long as they’re clean, I’m happy to live with any kind.
I’m 420-friendly, though I don’t partake too often myself. My general life rule is, “do whatever you want as long as you’re not hurting or bothering anyone”—just act like an adult, and we can still have fun! Once I’m in the city, I’m hoping to do more hot yoga and explore new activities like swing dancing and aerial classes (my commute is keeping me from it now!).
I work from home two days a week but will likely be in the office more once I’m living closer to SF. I enjoy keeping a clean space and appreciate a good balance of social time and personal downtime. I’m always up for a movie night or exploring the city.
If this sounds like a good fit, or if you know of a room, send me a link to your post or just message me a little about yourself!

I'm a startup growth marketing dude and longtime SF resident who spent more and more time enjoying the sunshine and diversity in Oakland over the years so I just bought a house 1 min walk from Lake Merritt BART in an incredible location in Oakland and want to turn it into a startup founder hustle house, with a wellness and event focused back yard.
You can be in DT SF in 10-11 mins yet you can get away so easily and be around China Town, The Lake and directly across from a police station so it's hella safe and SUNNY.
I'm going to rent rooms for much lower than SF, all bills included and have weekly entrepreneurship, wellness and dating focused events, sauna/cold plunge etc in the back yard and I'm wondering if there are other tech-focused, or otherwise entrepreneurial minded folks of any age that are interested in being part of such a community co-living situation?
You will also get unlimited marketing advice from someone who's driven over $200m in startup exits (can prove it). Can be furnished or unfurnished.

Looking for a 3BR anywhere in SF, the only requirement is having an in unit W/D, everything else is fine by us!
Hello,
I'm looking for a 1b1b near Salesforce Tower that's at least 500+ sqft. Ideally the community has a gym and the apartment has an AC and in-unit laundry. Budget would be around $3k/month and looking to start a lease sometime in the first week of Nov but that is flexible. Would appreciate any leads, thanks!
We have an unfurnished room for rent in our gorgeous 2000 + sq ft 4 bedroom old style artist loft in Soma. The room is 21’x8’ and has a 13’x8’ loft in it, about 270 sq ft total. Rent (+est utilities) is $1400/month. First and last month's rent upon signing.
We’re looking for a mellow, responsible, considerate individual capable of operating communally and working together to keep the space up. An ideal fit would be someone who is a working professional, tidy, friendly, and open to an easygoing shared space environment. We prefer no pets, but are open to them depending on the pet.
About the house:
This place is the quintessential downtown artist’s loft - spacious building with 15 ft ceilings, large warehouse windows, big open kitchen & common space. We appreciate creative energy and a collaborative social atmosphere, while also respecting each other’s need for their own space too.
Amenities:
About the location:
Located in SOMA just off 6th & Howard, the space is centrally located in close walking distance to Powell Bart Station, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, The Metreon, The Moma, and plenty of restaurants and shops on Market Street.
The neighborhood does look a bit rough, but the people are mostly friendly. It’s highly advisable that before you respond to this post, you familiarize yourself with the 6th & Howard/Mission area of SOMA specifically. Perhaps come to the neighborhood ahead of time or look it up on google (for a real street view), as the area is not for everyone. If you have a car, parking can be a bit of a challenge.
About the roommates:
We’re 2 males and 1 female with ages ranging from late 20’s to early 50’s. We are hard-working, fun-loving people who have lived harmoniously as roommates for a while. Occasionally we share meals and stories, watch movies and hang out - often including our friendly long time neighbors in the building.
Let us know if you are interested or if you have questions and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
