How do I add flair to my post?

I used to work at the University of Rochester, so I can only speak for that institution and how much of an effect this would have. I don’t have actual numbers, but it seems like it would be a lot, and please correct me if I’m wrong.
Just one example: LLE, or Laboratory for Laser Energetics. If you haven’t heard of this part of the university and what they do, in short, they shoot lasers at atomic particles in an attempt to start a nuclear fusion reaction. They are one of the few institutions in the world that are working on this, one of the others is Livermore Labs in California, who LLE partners with. Now, it was Livermore that actually achieved ignition for the first time in 2022, meaning they successfully started a fusion reaction, but much of the work that lead to that was done at both labs. And LLE is largely funded through a grant from Department of Energy, and back in 2017, when Trump took office for the first time, we were certain that we were going to lose that funding. The lab didn’t then, but this time? Would anyone be surprised if they did?
And that’s just one example. The university is the largest employer in the city. What happens if you take away much of that funding for research?
What an amazing spot. I haven’t stopped eating there since I moved here. 2 Platters for 18.99?? A steal tbh.
This is my second winter up here and I feel it has been more intense than last year. I know our neighbors to the north swap out their summer tires for winter tires. Is that something we do here?
Looking for black tattoo artists or artists that have significant experience working on darker skin tones. I want to get some work done of some anime characters and I'd want a bit of color.
A lifelong friend in a branch of law enforcement just told me that all branches of law enforcement now are part of the dragnet deportation of our neighbors.
We are within 100 miles of a US boarder. That means Rochester is on the list. Be careful out there.
FYI: Etering the US without documents is still only a misdemeanor, if it's your first time.
GAME TIME FOR CITIZENS ONLY!! Here's a few more misdemeanors, put a finger down for each one you have done, regardless of whether you were caught.
Disorderly conduct A misdemeanor that covers a range of behaviors that disturb the peace.
Trespassing It's often a misdemeanor or an infraction.
Drug possession Simple possession of small quantities of drugs for personal use is usually considered a misdemeanor.
DUI Most DUI offenses are misdemeanors, but some can be felonies.
Reckless driving A serious traffic offense that can result in criminal charges.
Assault This violent offense can lead to a felony charge if the victim is seriously injured or if a weapon was used.
Petty theft It's often a misdemeanor, carrying relatively light criminal penalties.
Shoplifting A misdemeanor, which is a less serious crime than a felony.

Grab a friend and join us on March 1st to raise funds for resources like job training, legal counseling, and employment assistance for Rochester veterans. 100% of all proceeds will go to the Veterans Outreach Center. At last year’s event, we raised $1,500 — and with your help we can raise even more!
More information can be found on the tournament page linked here.
If you want to support the charity but can’t make it, you can donate directly to the VOC here and/ or share this post with friends and family to help us make this year’s event even better!
We would also greatly appreciate any support just showing up and spectating, it means a ton to players and our charity partners when members of the community come to watch and socialize.

Looking for a bar that welcomes you regardless of your political opinions.
I am looking for info about a fire that happened at an address. I see that there is a way to look for police response, but that seems to only have police response things, which isn't what I am looking for (https://data-rpdny.opendata.arcgis.com/).
There is also a feed for the 911 calls for today only, but that explicitly says that the data isn't stored and there isn't a history(https://www.monroecounty.gov/safety-incidents).
I also just googled the address, but don't see any reports in the news. There is visible, extensive fire damage inside.
Anyone able to point me to somewhere I can find that info?
It's been a busy time for ROC hotel news.

I've been DMing an online group for years. It's fun but I'd like to be on the other side of the screen.
I found a local group that are fun to play with, but scheduling meet ups are really inconsistent.
That being said, I'd love to start a weekly dnd meet up with a rotating DM. I've come up with a way that the DM changes every 3 to 5 sessions.
If you're interested, please send me a message!
My spouse and I are planning to move in May and looking to make friends in the area. We are moving from Texas and looking to find community and like-minded people. We enjoy music, nature , nightlife , culture, humanity, art, and so much more Feel fr to dm
Last night the AIO CPU cooler failed and I need high performance paste and certain other parts.
I ordered what I need already and gonna wait a few days for shipping, and I get that Rochester is a smaller city, but I find it hard to believe that the only options up here are Amazon or whatever is in stock at BB?
No other stores around here where I could just walk in and pick up what I need? Google search brought no joy so I figured y’all would have some recommendations.
I’m in Greece and ever since Red Eye closed down I can’t find a reliable place to go. I know Farm Fresh sells Geek Bars but does anyone know of a vape shop with more variety?
Hey guys! Interested in typical psychic reading and also the pet communications
Has anyone heard an update on the opening of Redd Wood restaurant on Monroe Avenue?
I thought they were targeting a January opening but I haven’t seen/heard anything recently.

Hi! As the title says, I would like to know what would be a salary to live comfortably in Rochester, NY. And if there are any recommendations regarding the city.
I would be moving with a job offer of 67k yearly, with my wife, no kids. I'm coming from another country in which my salary was around 15k approximately but rent everything else is much cheaper.
Thank you for the input
Edit: For me comfort is affording rent in a safe place, having no issues getting groceries, affording a car that doesn't give me a lot of issues, doesn't need to be new, being able to go eat outside around 4 times a month and being able to save some money as well. We do not have expensive hobbies
PM for location! Arrivals at 7:30, music around 9:00pm.
