I’m VERY bad at rhythm games. I could barely beat any of act 4 on easy. It definitely took me over 40 tries to beat the act one boss. But when I got to the end of act 4 and did super battle worm insomniac I managed to beat it first try only missing a few beats. Did I get lucky or is it a common consensus that it’s not a hard level?
Hi! I can't buy the pass to have all the songs of Taiko no tatsujin, the message "error 2811 6003" appears in my screen, did someone have the same problem? How did you fix it?

It's still in early access, but the game from Axtorm Japan just dropped a significant update with several new songs and a battle mode focused on competing with the "ghost" scores of friends and random players. There are several of quality of life changes as well, it's quickly ramping up towards full release.
The thing is that, although the manual and the wiki said its available by default, i couldnt find the song shop, soundscan and course mode on the menu.
I've been playing rhythm games for about a month now, mainly Cytus II and Milthm on my iPhone, using only my thumbs. However, I'm struggling with higher difficulty levels. Some songs get so overwhelming that, even though it's theoretically possible to play them with just thumbs (or so I think), I can't keep up at all—especially when there are rapid notes coming from opposite sides of the screen, combined with drag or hold notes.
Because of this, I’m thinking about practicing with more than two fingers, but I’m unsure how to position my hands or how to hold my phone. Should I still hold it in my hands, or would it be better to place it on a flat surface? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
its a chinese song the song title is 'Eyes Say' and the artist is Lin Yong something i try to read the artist name when i watch 'new sdo songs' on youtube but the name blocking the view by the word NEW i try to search for that song but i cant find it anywhere to whoever knows that song please leave the comment
are there any tips should I check and what level do you think I should start playing?
i had a dream a while ago about going to arcade and since i've never went to one, i messed up some of the machenes. This is most memorable one because after i woke up i immediately realized it was compleately wrong. It's was not only not IIDX, but also badly designed.
After thinking like 20 min i desided on my playstyle - 3. "True way"
found out that you can unlock a character/skin by playing a certain song with a certain collab character. Wanted to ask if there were other cases like this since it seems I'm missing the base version of certain charterers (Log, Corian, and I think Mariah and Yun as well as well)
Thanks to the fantastic The Game Awards for Games Who Can't Afford the Game Awards livestream, we discovered some amazing rhythm games to share (and we’re honored that our own game, Telegraphist 1920: Beats of War, was included alongside them).

Rhythm Games Coming TBD
My first ever video on a Rhythm Game, and I really liked playing it!
Please, the only ones I could find are Rhythm Plus, Beatstage and Bemuse. Any info is helpful.
Please don’t immediately dismiss this post and tell me to go to a psychologist, I’ve already dealt with a lot in my life this year, and I’ve already talked to a psychologist about all of that, and I’m still working on it. This post is more so introspection, or something similar, I don’t know.
I’ve been playing rhythm games throughout my entire life on and off; one of the first games I had was Lego rock band on the ps3, lmao. These kinds of games are something I thoroughly enjoy, or should enjoy, and are something I usually play semi consistently
I was around 11 years old when I started playing osu, and kept at it for about a year or two before I just didn’t really get any enjoyment out it anymore. There certainly was a gap between that time and when I started playing vsrgs, but I was still decent, at least I thought I was
But now, every time I see someone on this subreddit post a clip of what I feel personally is a really hard chart, something I could only dream of beating, and people say it’s easy, it’s just something to learn, just something to work on in your playstyle, it makes me feel awful about myself and my skills. You’d think that for how influential music and rhythm games have been in my life I’d be better, but apparently not.
I still can’t really beat a 15 map on etterna with anything over a D or a C, I can’t beat any level over 25 in pjsk, for some reason every clone hero map I play has the most awful accuracy and I can’t tell if the problem is either me or the calibration, I can’t beat oni maps over 7 stars in taiko no tatsujin, and I genuinely don’t think I’ve managed to ever FC anything that’s not piss easy.
I genuinely don’t know what I’m doing wrong, and practice has become a time in which I just get miserable and start attacking myself for still being seemingly a beginner at something I’ve been doing for so long. It feels like the king of all cosmos from katamari damacy is in my mind telling me that it’s never good enough.
I don’t know if I’ll ever be good enough, and I don’t know if I can be anything better than my worst moments
Edit: thanks for the comments, everyone. I’ll try to do some self reflection and think of this with a clearer head
