Welcome to ParadoxPolitics
This is the place to post links showing real-world events that mirror those in Paradox Interactive's wonderful series of historical games.
Guidelines
As a general guideline, please post news articles with a title referencing a game mechanic, event, etc. from a Paradox game. Or try the other way around, where you post an in-game screenshot that has parallels to current events.
.
If you're more creative/have a better idea than that, please feel free to disregard that suggestion. It's also recommended you focus only on one game (Vic2, EU4, etc) in your title.

Not sure if this strictly follows rule 1. I think it’s cool though. Let me know if not.
At the very least it’s interesting/informative.
PS, if you’re right-wing you don’t have to be a fascist. I’m just trying to line it up to the game. Same for left/communist.
The latest update brings 200 focuses for Communist Germany and 187 for Prussia, along with a variety of custom generals, flavor events, and new mechanics like the faction system for Communist Germany. There’s plenty more to discover - I could go on and on :)
