While waiting for friend at exit, I watched a cashier walk from her cubicle, to a cashier a distance away, then return - with bare feet.

What else is acceptable there?

Not a single family doctor in the entire city of Hamilton is willing to accept me this time of the year, and am having a very hard time trying to stay sane with this disease I’ve known this for a long time but delayed getting it treated and now itseems like all the stars have lined up. Walk in clinic won’t do an adhd work up and it will take months for me to start seeing a new doctor and then couple more of months of ADHD work up until I have the meds I need. I don’t mean any disrespect, but how do people live in this country? In what universe is this okay? I’ve also looked into online adhd diagnosis on Frida which costs $600 and some other places like maple do not help with adhd.

We're planning to visit town with kids and moms playing at Tree Top Trekking while the dads paddle in the lake. Anyone know if water is suitable? I ask because sometimes for these inland lakes, I've seen the water to be too low.

Been thinking about tabling at art crawl at least once before I graduate, but I have classes til 5:30 on Fridays this semester. I'm wondering if I'd even find a spot to set up if I went after class since I know people usually set up pretty early...

Was also curious about people's experience tabling during the winter? Do a lot of people still go to look around art crawl or is it better to just wait til like March or April when it starts to get warmer?

Also how do ya'll set up if you don't have a car to lug around the table and all the stuff? hahaha

I’m driving a 2011 Explorer with nearly 300,000kms so you can imagine how little I want to spend on an exhaust repair (though I do want it repaired). There’s a small but noticeable rumble coming from the exhaust and I am looking for suggestions about where I could take it for a diagnosis and a potentially less expensive repair. I’d rather not have to replace the whole exhaust, so, if there’s someone you know who can get creative with a welding torch, send me their way. I’m in the west end but I’ll visit anywhere in the city for good service.

I live by a park and can see people doing drugs all the time just from the window of my house. This morning I’ve seen a girl fully naked pissing in the field after she smoked and wiping herself with leaves, she left and now there’s two other people with a full on torch setup. Like obviously these drugs are illegal but does calling the police even do anything? Would it just waste their time at this point? Looking for a few opinions on this. Thanks

My wife believes she has been hacked. Nothing has been taken, no threats or demands made. She says “they” have stolen her information but is vague. She just says she has been hacked. She won’t try to lock down her accounts because she says our internet is hacked. I have checked the network and can’t find anything. All of the devices in my home have been checked and are clean. We have an 18 Wi-Fi character password and I’ve always been on top of home’s cybersecurity. I need to find a person who can help my hacked wife or prove to her she isn’t compromised. Please, any help would be appreciated. My sanity is starting to fail. Thank you for any help. Edit Thank you all for your kind comments and consideration. My son and I have been leaning on the she's mental side. But I feel like her instability started to infect me.

The phone techs we saw said it was nothing. The computer techs said it was nothing. The police told her to go see a phone tech or a computer tech.
She won't believe anyone.
This is the saddest scariest thing I have watched happen to anyone.

Does anyone know where in Hamilton I might be able to buy deep sea scallop shells?

Just like the title says. I've been trying to find a hiking path from DVCA up to CCA but I can't locate anything that doesn't force me to walk along Governor's Rd. and/or Weir's Ln. and/or Hwy 8 for fairly long stretches.

I'd love to do a full day hike between the two but it doesn't look like it's possible to me without going onto some busy roads.

There is a good chance of the Northern Lights being visible across Ontario tonight... I've always wanted to see them...

I know I need to get away from light pollution. Anyone have a good spot they recommend? Willing to drive 45min to 1hr

Hi! I'm looking for good parks with thick tree branches that I could put my aerial hoop up in! It's soft straps so it won't damage the branch. Right now all I can think of is Gage Park, but I'd like something a bit more private.

We have been going to heritage green dog park (it’s fantastic!) but with the daylight getting less, we will need a dog park that’s well lit with street lights of some sort. Any suggestions? TIA

Hey all, I’m sure we’ve all seen this quite depressing post about the James St N piano that got destroyed. What I’m wondering, is can anybody get a piano and leave it there without facing legal issues? Is there an organization that handles the delivery of these pianos with permits? Or is it an entirely grassroots affair? I don’t see why I can’t find a piano on Facebook marketplace, rent a uhaul truck, and drop it off there. I’m just wondering if I’d run into any legal issues regarding littering. Any advice would be helpful, thank you!

I have a file of a cubone mask i would like to print for my dog to wear on halloween. Anyone have suggestion for affordable places besides the library to get it printed?? It says it’s a two day print so it exceeds the hpl limit.
