Has anybody had problems with the vending machines? Ive heard mixed things about them and recently it took a 5 dollar bill without any sign of returning my money or dispensing a product. I tried tapping my card and the next morning my card was locked for a fraud attempt.
Campus security said they cant do anything so I have requested a refund through the vending machine company and they havent responded after over 2 weeks. After I got a new debit card the TD employee was telling me that it is possible for people to tamper with unsupervised vending machines to collect banking info. At this point, its no longer about the money. Im concerned that thess vending machines are either blatant fraud or theg are being used to collect personal data.
To those who have done semester 4 or those who knew someone: Do we have midterm and final exams? How does it work if we have to follow a preceptor as well? I have read some questions about this but didn’t get all questions answered. Do we finish all theory and lab and exams in 7 weeks, then focus on clinical practice for the remainder of the semester? Your insights are greatly appreciated.
Psw books available in brand new condition with online codes intact and not scratched. Dm me if any one wants to buy.

Has anyone been accepted to May 2025 yet? I got waitlisted for January as I applied pretty late, I have another offer from another college for May so wondering when I should expect Mohawks. Thanks!
Hi everyone, I’m hoping to connect with a previous or current MRI tech student about the program, I’m thinking about applying and wanted to know how the schedule is for students as well as the class size. I previously came across a post that stated it was mostly online I was just wondering if this is true and if it would be possible to keep a part-time jobs during the program. It would be great to just get some more insight on the career itself if possible! Thank you!
Hello guy’s I was wondering if anyone knows anything about the rpn to Rn bridge at Mohawk/mcmaster program. Can you apply to the program straight after you finish the rpn program or do I have to work for a year as in RPN then apply also what are admissions grades like?
Hi everyone!
I am hoping to get an idea of when everyone received their offers for the Mohawk PN program. Also, if you would not mind sharing intake and grades?
I applied for both the fall 2025 and the January 2026 intake with 96 biology, 91 chemistry, 86 English, and 96 (midterm) data management. I also have a previous bachelor of social work degree.
I am super worried about not receiving offer because Mohawk is the only school I have not heard back from. I understand it is a late release program but all the schools I applied to were…
I emailed admissions and they just gave me the link saying mid-march so maybe I’m freaking out over nothing?
Has anyone received their acceptance yet for the fall 2025 intake?
Any information is appreciated!
Hello guys I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me how semester 2 practical nurisng program was for them any advices or suggestions would be greatly appreciated thank you so much
Hello I'm just confused on how Mohawk looks over there Honours graduation category I know I have to maintain an average of 85 and above throughout my program I'm just confused about the failed grades part is it that I can't fail a course or also not failing an exam and assignments? For example if I had failed an exam but I did really good on another exam and maintain a average of 85 and above can I still Graduate with honours?

I just uploaded all of my NARs onto the nirvsystem database and they were all just approved! The only thing I’ll have to worry about when school starts is the actual school work and updating my VSC and TB test at the end of May, because that’s when they expire. All of the other requirements are good for the next year or so at least. Do yourselves a favour and get a majority of the NARs completed now, if your financial situation allows it. It’ll take a big weight off your shoulders. I was honestly dreading school, mainly because of all of the errands you have to run to get your requirements together but I’m glad everything is done! I can finally just relax and focus on the book work. Get your NARS done, guys!
May be a dumb question but i’m about to pick my timetable and have already selected my mandatory blocks, under that option is “option selection” where the only courses listed are “essential communication skills” , do i still have to pick those courses or are they options and not required to be added in my timetable? Someone lmk please!
I got accepted into Mohawk College for 3 programs: financial services, office administration, and accounting (co-op). Two of these offers got suspended, and I am only left with the accounting option. Is there a way I can get another alternate offer or am I just stuck with one choice now???
I am a high school student currently in Grade 12, and I have applied to a Practical Nursing program for both the fall and winter intakes, hoping to receive an offer. I have completed my Advanced Functions course with a grade of 95%, and I am currently taking Grade 12 College-level English, where I achieved an 89% at midterm. I am also enrolled in Grade 11 University-level Chemistry 70% midterm and Biology university level 77% courses. Next semester, I am planning to take either Grade 12 University-level Biology or Chemistry to further prepare for my application. Based on my academic performance and course selection, I am wondering if I have a strong chance of receiving an offer. Additionally, I would appreciate any tips to strengthen my application or improve my chances of being accepted.
Hello! I am new to this college, and I have a question regarding in signing-in in MyMohawk.
Can I sign-in to MyMohawk if Im in an another country at the moment, I want to select my timetable but when I try to sign-in in MyMohawk, it needed an authenticator code. I downloaded the Microsoft authenticator app and tried to log-in but it needed also a code which I can't receive because my account is not connected yet to the app. I tried other sign in options but there were only one which needed the authenticator app. Any ideas to get around this problem?
Do I need to go to the campus to get my timetable? And to log-in?
Thank you for your help.
as the title states are any courses in the first semester that are asynchronous?
thank you in advance
hi, can anyone explain to me the part where it says "Graduates of the Motive Power Technician program are exempt from Levels 1, 2, and 3 of the in-school training portion of the Automotive Service Technician (310S) Apprenticeship Program provided a minimum grade of 60% is achieved in all automotive." I need some clarification on what this means, please. does this mean that I have to be an apprentice and if so does it mean as an apprentice I can skip levels 1,2 and 3 if I have a certain grade? (I am in high school trying to apply)
I’m just finishing my bridge to BSCN and start to think about work. Does anyone know when the next career fair will be at IAHS?
Thanks in advance.
I'm looking into the occupational health nursing program and I've already submitted a registration form and have been approved for it. CE registration is telling me to submit payment through myMohawk and that "registration will be processed once payment is received". However, I don't see any outstanding fees or the courses I'm enrolled in on my account summary and wondering if this is a normal process? Do I just go ahead and submit the total amount I noted on my registration form without any courses listed on myMohawk?
I've emailed CE registration multiple times regarding this but I'm not getting a clear answer if it's nornal to not see any courses listed on my account. They are just telling me to submit payment.
Hi everyone,
Anyone starting CVT-728 this Jan??
What are the names of the books? Are there any textbook PDFs online?
