We went to Niagara Falls yesterday and decided to go to Niagara on the Lake in the afternoon. It was my first time to take the River Re and River Pkway going there and instantly fell in love with the place. We can’t wait to go back there in fall with the vibrant colors everywhere. If only I had a wfh job, I would definitely move to this amazing place.

Hi all! I am looking for some paved trails in Niagara that would be good for easy hikes or bike rides. Welland Canal is great, and Burgoyne Woods is a nice little loop, but I'm looking for some other options anywhere across the Niagara Region.

Hey there! :) Does anyone know any good photographer who could shoot my proposal coming Tuesday/Wednesday. Any recommendations would be really helpful. Thank you so much. :)
I booked a fishing charter for my boyfriend's 40th, the 28th of Oct. We're driving down from Sudbury and staying the 27th to 29th. In the event weather prevents us from fishing, I'd need some back-up ideas.
What are some things we can do indoors in Niagara? We've both gone to Niagara since we were kids, so we've done Clifton Hill a few times over.
Anything that's a bit of a drive out of Niagara is okay, too.
Thank you!
Hey there, I'm coming to Niagara soon and wanted your advice on local spots! I noticed there's a lot of Italian places, are any of those good? Let me know your favourites!
I’m seeking your input on opening a cat cafe in the Niagara region. Please check my profile for more details.

I just moved here after graduating from university, and I really enjoyed taking the intermediate hip hop dance classes my school offered.
I was wondering if anyone knows about any drop-in hip hop dance classes for adults in the Niagara Falls area? The ones that come up in Google are mostly for kids lol.
Thanks!
Hi does anyone know a good arborist (insured) in niagara region to trim a tree on my property. Thanks.
About a half hour ago, I am heading northbound on the 406. there is construction up ahead and the right lane has to merge into the left lane up ahead. Traffic is stopped in the left lane while the right lane is clear for a kilometer. As I am driving up the right lane, a car suddenly veers in front of me. Not a last second lane change, but a full on attempt to block the right lane. Had a not been alert, I would've completely crushed his car.
He clearly has no fucking clue about:
zipper merges
what a midsize SUV doing 60-80km/h will do to a stationary Honda Civic in a side impact collision.
dash cams, which captured his license plate and his face clearly.
that he would be 100% at fault in a collision
that he would be charged with an "unsafe lane change" at best and "dangerous driving" at worst
Get dashcams people.
edit: for all the people who say, "zipepr merges create traffic", you're flat out wrong. Here's an actual engineer explaining, and demonstrating through simulation with professional tools, how zipper merges keep traffic moving and reduce traffic by HALF.
Hey everyone. Just wanted to throw this question out there and see what responses I get back. I am a poet/musician. I am trying to find the best ways to promote my art and help build up others to keep the scene in Niagara flourishing. I am always looking for better ways to engage the community around me.
How do you find out about new local acts or promote music and bands?
Any and all suggestions would be grand

The media cycle has been blowing up with changes to international student policy for the past six months and today in my inbox I see "Canada's newest university".... in Niagara Falls?
Please, do not trust this 'institution' any farther than you can throw it. The audacity for this organization to claim they're doing anything innovative in the sector is frankly disgusting - the last thing Canadian higher education needs right now is another institution competing for students, let alone a Private, For-Profit school backed by venture capital.
Make no mistake - this is no university, it's a ponzi scheme trying to capitalize on the deep pockets of wealthy international students trying to buy their way to Canadian citizenship. Shame on the City of Niagara Falls for partnering with such a blatantly ill-intentioned "university" (which is a university in name only). If you're a future student or parent looking at schools close to home, please, just go to Brock, or even Niagara College will be more legitimate than this sham idea of a school.
It's unbearable. Can usually smell it in the evenings. I don't know if any other parts of the city have it too.
We’re planning to move to Niagara soon. During one showing at a home near Henry of Pelham we couldn’t help but notice the bird bangers going off every 10 minutes.
For those that live in the countryside, honestly how bad is it in the late summer? We have a dog that shits bricks every holiday because of fireworks… We he lose his mind? Will we get used to it?
Saw a camera under the train tracks on HWY20 near Boyle/ Rosedene road. Can someone confirm what this is? Can’t find it listed on any regional website

I’m struggling to find a Reddit community for those in Lincoln, Ontario. Is this one okay? I’m moving to Lincoln at the end of the week and I’m looking for recs for everything, and trying to make some friends.
I’m 28F, moving from Newfoundland.
Any help appreciated!
Hi everyone
Does anybody know about places that offer wound care workshops? Preferably in the Niagara region.
Hi all,
I'm in Toronto for 5 days in October and would love to make a trip to Niagara Falls while I'm in the area. I've been looking at the GO transit/WeGo combo, which seems like a good deal.
Thanks!
Hi all,
I am in town on business for a couple of days next week and have never been to the area before. Most of my business activities will be in the Niagara on the Lake area however it looks a bit more quiet out that way. I will have a rental car.
Since it’s my first time in the area I am thinking I should take advantage and stay in the Falls area. Is there a part of town that has more to do than the other? I mainly want to walk around and check out the area in the evening after work.
I have rooms booked at the Hilton Fallsview and the Sheraton Fallsview. They look to be on opposite ends of town. Which do I go with?
