Newbie here. I'd like to get a flashlight for my new PA-15 that has an MOE M-LOK handguard. I've seen a lot of recommendations for the Protac HLX, so I was originally planning on getting this with an arisaka or magpul offset mount. However, I heard the angle of these mounts wouldn't actually fit the handguard in question.
What flashlight/mount combos would you guys recommend for this handguard? Pics/links would be awesome, especially from anyone that has experience with this particular handguard, but I'd appreciate any advice in general. Thanks!
Is this holographic too far forward? Unfortunately that’s as far back as I can place it.
Thoughts?
Looking for next ar. Which would be a better all around rifle a 1:7 twist or a 1:9?
What’s the consensus on the best multi use torquing tool for like barrels castle nuts and anything else that needs torqued?
So in a classic case of overthinking I’m stuck between a few options. I have a 14.5 rifle in 223 wylde that I want to be a do all build out to 500 yards, but specialize in close up work. I am a PRS type shooter mainly and compete in monthly matches once to twice a month. Most of my guns I own are set up with magnified optics that specialize in long range. Including an 18” 6 ARC that would be my go to SPR type rifle. With that in mind I’ve come down to a few optic decisions for this GPR.
First choice is to go with the eotech/magnifier combo. I don’t have anything like this that would be so specialized for up close work, so it’s distinct from my other setups. but I still worry it’s not enough at distance to do everything.
Wait for the new primary arms PLXC RDB, which specializes in 1x with a bright dot, but has the 8x capability for longer work, which I’m used to. Just hate waiting and no preorder is currently available.
Last option, but could go with an NX8 1-8. Through expert voice I can get a fairly good price on it. But it has its shortcomings and with the RDB coming out, it seems obsolete as soon as the RDB hit shelves.
Thoughts and opinions would be appreciated!
Anyone know if anyone makes a handguard for an AR similar to the VR60?
Assuming both are roughly the same price, which one would you take and why?
-Both have lifetime warranty
-Yes the SE is 1-8, however, I have heard its fuzzy after 6x and the PA is apparently clear to max zoom (6x)
-Vortex has longer reputation? Maybe?
-Vortex has nicer extended throw handle.
-Both reticles are nice, however, I think the PA is more preferable to me.
First & not the lost one.
What would actual firearms enthusiasts say about my MK18 Replica set-up? I'm asking this question as a sort of experiment. Thanks if you're reading this, also please don't take this too seriously. This gun is for a game not a life-or-death scenario. Like I said, this is kind of an experiment to see what y'all will say. Appreciate this sub a lot since it inspires me to play stupid war games with silly war toys :)
So I have a 10.5 ruger AR that fits perfectly together. I just got a bcm upper and there is a slightest bit of wobble. I've read that it isn't a big deal but I'm wondering I guess if there is a lower that fits the bcm uppers with no wobble at all? Or if I should just stick a shim in my front pin and call it done? I'd appreciate any feedback, thanks!
This front sight and an MBUIS pro rear with an EOTECH….my irons are zeroed, and my TECH is zeroed, but when I look through my rear sight while my TECH is on the MI fixed front is offset…..WTF?
Hopefully obvious from the title, but after about 2 years I'm ready to softlaunch ARPartsList.com. I would LOVE some feedback. Hope everyone enjoys and maybe even gets some use out of it. I figured if any subreddit would appreciate it this would be the one.
EDIT: Y'all are also my unofficial bug finders too so lmk if u find anything.
What’s your favorite shooting glasses?
I want ones $50 or cheaper, I don’t need the $250+ ones.
The ones pictures here from Amazon they shot with a 12ga which is kind of ridiculous, but what type of impact rating are you guys looking for?
I also came across some Walkers in the $20-30 range and am going to need to be convinced to not just buy them.
I want both a clear paid, and a shaded/tinted pair

Debating if I should buy ATI Schmeisser S60 GEN. Let me know is it worth it or not? Heard some good and bad things off it.
Would this rifle be reliable and good for my first 5.56? I will take any tips and information.
I want a rifle that will last a long time, good for home defense and shooting at the range.
Any recommendations on a complete Ambi AR-Pistol Lower receiver?
Of these two budget bcgs which would you run.
