Pls this class is already so annoying, I was set on keeping my 4.0 but I refuse to do more than the bare minimum for this class. It doesn’t say in the syllabus what the minimum grade to pass is. This class does count toward my major though. I tried looking online for an answer and still don’t know

Are the off campus apartments REALLY that bad with roaches? Or is it a hit or miss kinda of thing? I understand reviews are overall personal experience and with a tour there’s only so much you can see. Figured I would ask for some insight.

I live in CnB and they emailed the other day saying not to put comforters in the washer. I’ve been doing it up till now and haven’t done it since I got the email. I’m not about to buy more bedding so what is the best setting for the comforter to minimize the chance of leaking/damaging the washer? I’ve been using medium-heavy on the cotton setting with one tide pod this whole time.

If it’s really that serious I guess I’ll buy a less bulky blanket but for now I do not wanna have to buy more things.

Hey guys I'm trying my hand out at writing a fantasy novel and would like some people to give it a read and see what they think. I'm only a few chapters in but would like to send updates to folks that volunteer to be alpha readers.

You need to actually be someone that reads semi-often, so I can get a good opinion back from you on how my writing is. Whether it's trash, or amazing, I would love to hear the opinion. Also, you do need to already have a natural inclination for fantasy settings, as that would be my eventual target audience that spends money on the type of book I'm writing. Think low-medium fantasy setting. So not something like dnd with orcs and such, but maybe something closer to GoT with a bit of magic in the world based off certain mechanisms.

im a senior and its been rough tryna make friends, all if not all of the clubs seem to have a culty vibe to them... like all they care about is that club no school or sports or anything else just that club. and its like if u dont have time to do thier club ur left in the dust.

Hello I was just wondering if any other students were looking for roommates. It would be me and my boyfriend looking for a room we don’t mind if it’s another couple or just another person. We both have good jobs (been employed for a couple years at the same place) and just started at VCU this fall. We are just looking to move in together as we have been dating for 2 1/2 years and just think it’s time. We are of course looking for our own place but stuff is expensive so we are struggling to find our own place in our price range (~1000 a month not including utilities). If anyone has a room or maybe taking over a lease we would be open to just about anything at this point. Don’t comment if you’re a serial killer or something just someone cool lol. I am a pharmaceutical science major and he is computer engineering. Thanks for any consideration!

Anyone else living at 8 1/2 been having issues with the wifi and your phone/ laptop just randomly disconnecting and connecting again. Where are the best places on campus to take a nap? Im a commuter and I don’t really like taking naps in my car. I have a class at in the morning and one in the afternoon so I have like a 5hr gap in between my classes.

Do they announce ur latin honor during graduation? Like if u get a summa cum laude do they say it along with your name?

Hey y'all so I'm not good with intros so im just going to jump right into it. I have unfortunatly been suspeneded form my previous university for the second time due to some hardships that took a toll on me and my acadmeics. The first time I got suspened I will admit I played around and found out, but I was blessed with an appeal and came back my to finish my sophmore year. That year was my best year, I even earnerd a scholarship to learn Arabic. But due to hardtimes I faced my Junior year I suffered greatly. I've since then been in community college (getting my associates this spring) and at the end of this year I'll be joining the Air Force reserves to help pay for school. I say all of this to ask due to my history of academics do you think that I should just cut my loses with VCU or apply and see what happens? I appreciate any advice! Thank you!
