By badminton training center in Kathmandu i mean the training center near Shankhamul and new Baneshwor area. I have been searching days and days for a training center for my nephew (he is 17) who lives in those area. I am personally live out of valley in Syanga so i am very unaware about everything. I found Kathmandu badminton academy to be around closer to the area but i have been trying to contact them for ages by the number in their website. ( may be they have a said take in of student as winter take in please explain me). I would be really thankful for the help and please recommend other closer training center.

I am 20M currently living in Manmaiju. But this place is too far from my college plus workspace, I am currently in search for a FLAT or a ROOM to shift near (Gangabu to samakhushi area). I tried to seek help from some room finding agencies but their service charge are way too much. I saw some related post so thought someone might be able to help.

Shall I go to TU affiliated college near my home fees is almost same but lil lower for BSC CSIT where I won't be getting that much of exposure.

Hi, my family is planning a trip in Nepal end of this month. Need some help because I'm getting a lot of mixed answers from internet/travel agents.

1. Do Indian debit cards (SBI/HDFC visa and mastercard) work all across Nepal - for both ATM withdrawal + swipe payment?

2. Nepal govt website says credits cards work in major places like hotels/ major tourist spots, etc. Do smaller/local places also widely accept credit cards?

3. We will be visiting Kathmandu, Pokhara and some other places, so is it advisable to carry cash instead? I'm very hesitant on this because I don't feel comfortable carrying so much cash while travelling.

4. Read in some travel forums that UPI works in Nepal, is there a specific app for Indian users should use? Or do all of them (GPay, PhonePe, PayTM, etc) work?

But we will create a big team.

We need atleast 2 script writers who are familiar with U.S Youtuber and the scenario and 2 video editor and at least 1 vocal artist who is good at english and one thumbnail and audio editor.

Why I am choosing to make big team?

First we need to publish video everyday as it is YouTube news and it will be not good if we provide it late

I know this sound really stupid and immature, but bare with me guys.

I am currently pursuing a BSc (Honors) in Networking and IT Security, and I am set to graduate next year P.S. I am doing in my course. I did my +2 in management seeing all these courses that were offered by these foreign university affiliated colleges, which doesn't require a science background for enrolling plus there was no need for an entrance exam. So seeing this , me being a 16 year old thought I had found a hack plus the course was only 3 years long. I had a strong background in science and maths but was terrified by the amount of study I had to do if i studied science, so I choose management, but now I regret my decision.

But ever since the first semester and after talking to the seniors I was starting to believe, this might have been a really bad decision. I was able to pass the classes even without studying, and not only that I was getting A in my courses by just studying the morning before my exam, there really was no depth to the course.

I think the mistake I made was following the trend and being blinded by the college marketing (I too am at fault here, because I should have done the research before joining the program), but now I want to get graduated and start an computer engineering.

I have seen a lot of people starting college late or jumping between courses. This also might sound stupid but I think I will regret not doing it, I have got an internship and am sure will get a job after graduation but I feel I don't feel that intellectual thirst being satisfied, plus if you want to do masters in some reputable university I need an engineering degree, I don't want to be a soc analyst my whole life.

Has anyone joined engineering in Nepal without doing a science degree, may be there are some bridging programs or preparatory courses that could allow me to qualify for the program. If no I am even thinking about retaking my +2 after completing my graduation, I know that sounds bizarre , but can a person retake +2 after already having passed it.

I had ordered shoes online from Instagram on Aug 17. They tried delivering it, but due to my busy schedule I couldn’t receive it on that day. They told me alright next time. And they deliver it on Saturday when businesses usually don’t deliver their products.

I usually always have my phone on flight mode because I like to just relax & turn off my phone on Saturdays. Rider comes to my address at once instead of confirming beforehand. I get informed abt it via insta. And after 7 mins precisely I call the shoe shop and apologize and say I didn’t know Saturday pani delivery huncha. And I immediately call the rider, he doesn’t pickup my phone even after several calls.

And on Sunday, we had family outing but in order to book the product, I paid 1k. After this, I forgot about it totally cause I had to go out of valley the next day. The time I remembered was when the page’s ad popped on my news feed today.

I contact them & tell them I’ll pay the full amt so that they can deliver the order I had booked and that I had forgotten about it. She leaves me on seen for 2 days.

I messaged again no reply, I call her and apologize about forgetting and we had long discussion. Her reply “Hami new owner ho, purano owner Canada gayo. Hamilai kei tha chaina, hamro problem hoina.” I recognized her voice immediately as her voice is a little deeper than average voice which made it memorable. I say alright hand me over the previous owner’s contact number if she really is out of country, so we can discuss k garne ho. She refuses. Cuts off the call.

On texts, when I said this is not fair for me and she can either refund my money or deliver the product, she says 3 months pachi auna laj lagdaina? Tero 1k ko lagi kati bhukeko? And keeps on insisting she’s a new owner. But trust me, the writing style, the voice, and abrupt change of mannerisms at the end after our argument revealed it’s her. And I say keep your 1k. Let karma bite you back. She deactivated the entire shoe shop account. Why?

I understand the mistake on my part but a customer is a human and sometimes they make mistakes and forget things. I would agree if she brought out ‘compensation’ for fair amount but I don’t think I deserve to be lied to blatantly on my face and talked over at the phone, not letting me speak and being cut off like that. Totally ruined my experience with online shopping.
