Hello Everyone,

I felt more relaxed and calm when I stopped listening to music for almost a week. I can focus on my goal and can relate the ideas that have been popping in my head for the longest period of time. Neurotically, the frequency that's been produced by music or the notion of lyrics sucks lots of energy. The sense of getting hyped up for awhile is like a receptor that you have created by listening to the same type of music/song for the longer period of time. Thinking of writing something more deep on this topic. I would like to receive a music listeners experience on this very topic. Have you ever felt something slightly related to this?
