How do I choose between the shops? Any tips?
I’d like to buy good quality items but not be overcharged.
What are good signs to look for? Any recommendations on places to shop?

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing good!:) I am a psychology student from germany, in the summer I will be in KTM for 3 months to work as a volunteer in a psychology program. Does anyone (maybe local psychology students) can give me an inside to psychological work in nepal? Maybe you have experiences or any helpful information for me, I would really appreciate it! Also I was wondering which psychological testing and diagnose tools are common in nepal? Thank you for your answers!

I found one bus that travels to Kathmandu from Siliguri, however, travel time is way too long and I want to explore more options before I make a final call. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

During a DMT trip in Kathmandu, Nepal, the experience often feels amplified by the city's spiritual energy and cultural depth. As the substance takes effect, vivid visuals, geometric patterns, and a profound sense of connection to the universe may emerge. The bustling streets, prayer flags, and ancient temples of KTM create an intense backdrop, blending surrealism with the city's mysticism. Time seems irrelevant, and the sensation of ego dissolution can feel both enlightening and overwhelming. Post-trip, the serene aura of Nepal offers a grounding space for reflection, making it a unique place for such an experience.
So one of my foreign clients who is around 65 said that he drove this series ii landrovers before and in nepal also he wants this car he said he will buy this so is anyone willing to sell theirs? he will give a good price for this Modern classic suv

Hi everyone!
I’ve been thinking of starting a consistent fitness routine, and I’m looking for some recommendations for gyms or Pilates studios near the Chabahil and Bouddha areas. I’m hoping to find a place that’s not only well-equipped but also affordable since I’m on a budget.
If you know any gyms or studios that have good facilities, experienced trainers, or even offer group classes, I’d really appreciate it if you could share their names and locations. Bonus points if they have flexible timings or beginner-friendly programs!
Looking forward to hearing your suggestions. Thanks in advance!
I just keep missing the "fohor ko gadi" due to its schedule and only because its winter I'm safe rn. Ek bora fohor bhai sakyo does anyone know where to throw this on my own. Some public dumping point or maybe just a big ass dustbin somewhere around kathmandu
I have been here for a week now, staying at a hotel in Thamel. Since I'm traveling alone and usually return around 9:30 in the evening from my daily walks, I've noticed something concerning. There are spa workers who congregate outside, soliciting almost everyone who passes by for spa services and 'special services.' This is shocking to me, as I've only experienced similar situations in Thailand and other places with a comparable vibes..
