We are a UK-based accounting firm providing professional accounting training services, and we’re looking for a Job Hunting Specialist to join our team!

About the Role:

Your primary responsibility will be to guide our trainees in securing their next job by offering support in the following areas:

• Crafting professional CVs and cover letters.
• Optimizing LinkedIn profiles.
• Providing job search strategies and tips.
• Coaching on effective communication skills.
• Delivering presentations and creating engaging slides.
• Basic content creation for job-related topics.

Note: All necessary skills can be taught, but having prior experience in HR, recruitment, or knowledge of the UK job market is a plus!

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills.
• An understanding of job search processes (or willingness to learn).
• A creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and develop ideas.
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools.
• Experience in presenting and slide creation.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 4 days a week (including one “brainstorm day” for independent idea development on whatever day you choose).
• Location: Remote.
• Salary: NPR 10,000–20,000 per month (depending on experience and knowledge of the UK job market).
