Munu adhikari is a prominent figure amongs poets in Nepal. I have known about her through the poet idol. What are your opinions about her and are there any opinions you have towards her or the status of poets in Nepal?
I am planning to write about her in my upcoming articles.
Hi all, back in grade 5 (some 10 years ago) I read a book narrated by a former street child. It was in English but I think it must've been translated from Nepali because the language was on the stiffer side if that makes sense. I've tried to find it before but Google has been of no help since I hardly have proper keywords.
There was a character named Phurba or something similar who dies somewhere along the plot. Her body is found in a heap of garbage if I remember correctly. The narrator and his friends end up in a paper company and turn their lives around at the end. It most probably is a children's book. That's all I remember unfortunately. I'd be grateful for any leads.
It was a good read. It got me more curious about untold stories of Jana Yudda. Any other books based on Jana Yudda that I can find?
